Lg h815 bootloader unlock issue - G4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello i have tried many times to unlock my lg g4 bootloader but every time i have tried i get towards the end (fastboot flash unlock unlock.bin) its says "waiting for any device" although i have installed and updated every single driver required its keeps giving me the same problem
any help would be awesome:good:

Hi, did You try this tool https://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/orig-development/tool-universal-fastboot-adb-tool-t3475834 ?
Are you sure that you are in fastboot mode on your phone? That you have "unlock OEM" marked in development tools?
Check that you do not accidentally enter bootloader mode.
Greetings

Same issue here, and "unlock OEM" cannot be activated on the device Developer mode.
This issue is with a "H815 20o" (MM 6.0 as stock rom, refurbished Ali/Ebay model from China).
So no access to Fastboot (but device is detected by Adb with "Adb devices" command).
And flashing many KDZ or TOT files with LGUP or LG Flashtool always end up with a fail/error message at 9% of the process.
(And LG Bridge doesn't update anything too : "your phone is up to date"...)
If somebody got any solution... Cheers.

LG G4 H81510h download mode not working

Hello Gurus,
Well i am trying to boot my phone into download mode but i am continuously getting
secure booting error 1014 and my phone then boots lollipop 5.1 which is stock rom.
my lg g4 model is h81510h build number lmy47d, it is not rooting or flashed anyway.
I want to flash flash marshmallow kdz with lg flash tool but my phone is not booting into download mode, please help or suggest any other method
HALP PLS
I'm having more or less the same problem. I bought a used H815 and it came with Android 5.1 (software version h81510h)rooted and stock recovery. I tried upgrading to MM over OTA but tapping Update Center leads me directly to the App Update screen instead of giving me a choice between software update and app update.
That is when I decided to go the KDZ route but when i tried switching the phone to download mode it went there and in the top left corner there was this 'Secure Booting Error 1014' message and then it restarted in about 5 seconds. I have tried this multiple times with the same exact result.
ADB detects my phone but when I send the 'reboot bootloader' command it just does a plain reboot so I can't use any of the fastboot commands. I also have no idea whether this phone has an unlocked bootloader or not.
Also for some weird reason my phone is not using the MTP mode when I connect it to my PC. It either uses PTP or charge-only depending on what I select but if I select MTP it automatically reverts to the previously selected mode. LG Bridge doesn't detect it and neither does the Mobile Support Tool but I can transfer images just fine. MTP was working last night but it suddenly stopped working and I have no clue why.
I can get into the recovery without any problems.
Please help me get it working again

Lg bridge, lgup and flashtool not detecting my phone. How to flash my phone with any os? Kindly help me
Same problem with my H811. Any solutions?
I cant get my g4 into download mode. I was able to earlier but it died on me. My buddy has the same phone so I am using his fully charged battery now (mine was around 40$) but I'm still getting nothing. Should I reformat the SD card and try again? I can't think of anything else.

Bootloader locked, cannot enable OEM

Hello,
long story short: I have no OS installed on my LG G4 (H815) and get the "This device is not trusted and will not boot" screen when trying to boot normally. I have Android N bootloader. I can get to fastboot and download mode, but:
I cannot flash anything through fastboot as I don't have OEM enabled and I cannot enable it since I have no Android on the phone
LG UP stops at 23% (or 11%) of uploading full, new OS when the phone is in the Download Mode. The device is connected to a proper port reported as COM3.
LG Flash Tool doesn't work at all, maybe I'm using it wrong way?
"fastboot devices" reports the device connected correctly
"fastboot getvar unlocked" gives me a simple "no". I had the bootloader unlocked before, I have no idea what happened, I only did a factory reset from that time (and that caused the loss of system, too...)
Is there anything I can do to unbrick this phone? I couldn't find anything to match my problem so I'm writing here. If anything is unclear or you need more info just ask, please.
EDIT: Found my solution in this post. Thread can be closed, I hope that this solution will work for everyone.

Touch Screen Not Responding

Update #2: I've been able to connect the A2 to my PC and can detect it when in fastboot mode with the "adb/fastboot" tools and with the MiFlash utility. I attempted to flash an earlier version of a ROM but I can't. MiFlash gives:
"Erase boot_a error"
I then attempted to unlock the device with the "Mi Unlock" tool but get "Sorry, your MI ID is not associated with a phone number"
Any suggestions on how to unlock the bootloader?
Update: After waiting a few minutes the touch screen started responding for a few inputs, and then stops. Toggling the lock screen a few times allows additional inputs for a few presses.
A couple of months ago the phone started displaying issues with touch input. Locking and unlocking the screen would correct the issue for a while. However, as time progressed the issue got worse.
Today I did a factory reset and since then I have been unable to input any operations. The phone is stuck on the "Hi there" welcome screen and I cannot press "Start". Power and volume buttons work fine, so I attempted to use "adb" to flash a new ROM, or a stock ROM from before July/August.
My PC won't detect the phone when in "fastboot"
What options are left?
Can I dump the stock ROM to an SD-Card and attempt to flash that from the bootloader?
Or do I need to unlock the phone prior to any ROM manipulation?
thanks for any advice

Boot your phone in system (normally).
Find build number in settings, about phone. Tap 7 times or until you've unlock developer options.
Turn on OEM Unlock and USB Debugging.
Turn off phone and boot fastboot mode.
Type 'fastboot oem unlock' and wait until it finish wipe phone.
And it's done.

Thanks, that worked. I am now able to flash an earlier ROM, will see if that fixes the screen input issue.
Flashed an earlier version of the ROM and still had issues, so I finally managed to flash an alternative ROM - HavocOS - and that experienced the issue as well. Looks like the phone has a hardware issue somewhere.

Bootloader/Recovery problems...

Hi!
I recently bought an LG G4 from an online seller. The cell phone itself is working fine, but it has some problems. It is a refurbished model.
I will very much appreciate any help.
The cell phone is actually a F500L model (I checked it by looking at the motherboard), but in the software information it shows to be a model H81510h.
The phone is not rooted. But I believe that someone did it, changed the device's descriptions and then uninstalled it.
It is an android 5.1, but I cannot update using the update center. There it shows that it is already in the latest version.
In the developer settings, I try to enable OEM unlock, it activates for 1 second and deactivates automatically.
I try to do the hard reset, but when restarting to start the process, it presents an error "Secure booting error 1002".
I can activate USB debugging, it is recognized in ADB tools and I can send commands to it. But it does not start the bootloader with the command "adb reboot bootloader", and it presents the same error "Secure booting error 1002" if I try to send the command "adb reboot recovery".
I can activate the Download mode (by pressing the VOL UP button and inserting the USB cable), but it is not recognized by LGup (UNKNOW / COM5 H81510h), LGup does not let me work with it.
In the LG Flash Tool, it does not start the flash process, when it reaches "BIN CRC Check" it presents the error "Failed PreviousLoad0". (I already changed the port to COM41)
In LG Bridge, it is recognized as F500L and shows that there is an update. But when trying to update, it does the first steps, but after the download, when installing it gives an error and asks to start over.
I have tried to use UPPERCUT_1.0.0.0, without success.
I do not know what else to do...
Any help will be appreciated.

Oneplus 7T bricked in EDL mode (Firehose GetUsInfo Failed)

I was using my oneplus 7T normally without root and with bootloader locked when it decided, out of nowhere, to fall into "Qualcomm Crashdump Mode". When I tried to reboot it, it just went into "Qualcomm Crashdump Mode" again. So I went into fastboot mode, unlocked it, and flashed an european ROM from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/fastbootroms/files/OnePlus 7T/ . However when the device tried to boot up it just went to "Qualcomm Crashdump Mode" again, so I tried using "MsmDownloadTool" (hotdogb_14_E.21_201105) ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...l-to-restore-your-device-to-oxygenos.3994835/ ) and it worked, but this time when the device attempted to boot up it went into EDL mode and the bootloader was locked and when I tried to unlock it, it gave me an error related to "OEM unlock" not being enabled in developer options. So I tried using "MsmDownloadTool" (hotdogb_14_E.21_201105) again, and somehow this time it actually booted up. Still, after 10 seconds it went into EDL mode AGAIN (note: at this point, I couldnĀ“t get out of EDL mode, I could only boot into anything else after the battery died, in the first boot). So I downloaded another ROM for msm but this time it gave me the error: Firehose GetUsInfo Failed, and the phone seems to disconnect and reconnect. From here I tried multiple ROMs for msm and always received the same error, even using the one I used originally. (Note: I have been waiting for my battery to die for 5 days, and it still has power; also tried removing the battery )
Commands I tried to unlock bootloader:
fastboot oem unlock; fastboot oem unlock-go; fastboot flashing unlock; fastboot flashing unlock_critical
Can someone help me with this issue?
Sorry if the description was too confusing, long, or had any mistakes in terms of English. I am just trying to be as complete as possible.
