I am using a pc. Your other M roms download fine btw. Mega says:

Yes I was on stock marshmallow rom. I cleaned system cache etc and installed your rom. But no volte

Volte doesn't work in this one. Try the odexed version of lotusrom....that works just fine. Both of these two are identical, except the fact that one is deodexed and another is odexed.

If you had flashed stock N, you will need to downgrade to MM to get the things working here.

Excelent job with the rom. I have one problem, no sim card message appears even when calls and data is working fine. Fingerprints and gps doesn't work too.

Does it have volte support, fingerprint support? Can I flash this after flashing 7.1.x custom ROMs ?

For that you'll need MIUI 9 to be released and sources too.

fp works, it needs some time to catch it but works.
FYI: this is just updated rom. lets find together solutions to get a functional rom. i am pretty sure we can do it.

I set the animations to 0.25x speed and the rom became like a jet. Less specific but wonderfully stable. Battery performance seems to be good too.
After installation I had some trouble first, then most of them were resolved by auto or reboot. Whatever was working "Device Personalization Services" was constantly giving a "stopped" error. I also disabled it and problem solved.

Does this have OTA updates?

Same problem here. An update from play store fixed this.

The device does not go into sleep mode when Bluetooth is turned on. I checked it with the BetterBatteryStats app.
Battery performance is not what I expected either. It is more better than MIUI 12 of course, but I would expect better battery performance from such a lightweight rom.
Edit: Battery performance is fine actually.

It is confirmed. No deepsleep if BT turned on.

- Backup your personal data (Important)
- Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
- Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
- Wipe the System, Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
- Flash the ROM + Gapps Zipfile.
- Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
- Reboot your device.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution should be flashed together with every update (= ROM Update)

as far as I know, only miui roms has firmware included, so you have to flash it yourself. someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

You have to flash it on your own.
As its unified. Including firmware is not possible.

- Backup your personal data (Important)
- Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
- Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
- Wipe the System, Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
- Flash the ROM + Gapps Zipfile.
- Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
- Reboot your device.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution should be flashed together with every update (= ROM Update)
Currently Supported Root Solutions:
Magisk stable
Magisk versions higher than 14.0 doesn't require flash on every dirty flash depending on the device, some devices need you to flash it every time, unless your maintainer says otherwise it should be fine

Hmm weird. It should be fine. Maybe you need to format data. Try that and report back.

Noted. Will see.

By installing Magisk the phone does not start anymore
with magisk 20.4 it goes into bootloop
with magisk 21 and 21.1 only fastboot starts automatically
The results are the same with both the vanilla and GApp versions Tested on my Redmi Note 8T

Magisk is in beta's. So some specific zips work right now. It will take sometime for every (available) magisk to work.

For now I have put the MIUI back, but if you can tell me a working version of Magisk I could go back to PixysOS Another bug I found: it doesn't recognize NTFS from OTG Thanks for the commitment of this project, I am confident.
