Dasaita/hot-audio #HA2035 Ford Fiesta 7" quad core Android 5.5 firmware/gps download
Hello!
I have an old Dasaita/hot-audio #HA2035 Ford Fiesta 7" quad core with Android 5.5 (not V600), where I need to download a new firmware or just a new GPS software.
Does anyone here, know where I can download one or the other? Can I download "any" Android-Auto compatible GPS software on the MicroSD card and rund it?
Also does anyone knows how to get the WiFi in the unit to connect to my WiFi I put up on my phone? I have tried several things, but it end up not finding any WiFi signals at all...
I have the black edition of this one: http://www.hot-audio.com/product/_F..._Wifi_Bluetooth_Multimedia_Head_Unit_-42.html
Thanks in advance.

There are no information online regarding this tablet and it is hard to know anything further about it. Technical support sucks, so I thought of sharing my experience here maybe will help others.
This tablet is an LY-F1 clone, and I was able to install custom recovery, as well as a CM9 based ROM on it, now this tablet is running very well for its value.
If you need further assistance I will be happy to help.
Li ink to the ROM HERE.
Thanks for the info. I have been thinking about getting something like that. This post got me more interested:

I've been trying to figure out if there's a way to make calls with one......Google Voice should work is the tablet has a mic.
Some say they support GSM and I'm on ATT. That's what I need to know about before I get a tablet.
It would seem impossible if there is no way to insert a SIM card in the tablet.....but I can still hope.

I tried the CM10 ROM both previes 2 and 3, none of them worked on my tablet, this is why I don't mention it.
As for making phone calls using such a device, don't think it is a very good idea, the mic they have it on these devices must be of a much lower quality than the ones used on dedicated devices such as cell phones. I tied Skype and Google talk though and they were OK.
I just purchased mine today and would love some assistance because tablet needs a new Rom bad. Which custom recovery are you using? I tried using the original recovery and it just sits at the android with his chest open. Please lead me to the promise land.

First you need to flash CWM recovery from here https://www.dropbox.com/s/lp4ev9cnp7joq3y/CWM Recovery 5 ICS.zip, follow this instructions.
Then go to this thread and install CM9 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1760929
Thanks a lot. Got it going. If I have any questions I'll give you a shout.

Okay I went with the aokp Rom once I tried the cm9 Rom. Cm9 was freezing a lot. I tried aokp and used go launcher with it and this thing runs buttery smooth. I'm buying another one.

tryed compatibility files , no touch support anymore , so I can do nothing ,
So I did a restore of the stock rom i had made a backup of in the beginning , result : Its starting , but no WIFI and no Screen-Rotation anymore .

This is the same tablet I have, which is a clone of THE LY-F1 use the link in my post above to flash the firmware and see if the WIFI works, if it did try using the compatibility zip posted in the third party link from Christian Troy.
I am now using the AOKP port by Christian Troy, which is giving me a couple of things over CM9, first it is giving me a bit more free ram, which is very much needed for this tablet, second it a tone of tweaks that we can play with.

I'm in the same boat as xtreme... I flashed to AOKP0708, installed gapps, then 1.2.0... soft keys and wifi weren't working so I rebooted into recovery again, installed the 3rd party cbw.zip...
I've tried a couple different versions of AOKP, and the Original LY-F1 firmware you posted (which was in Chinese/Japanese, that was a good time! haha), wifi didn't work on any of them.
thx

[Q] HTC ONE X 4.2.2 Miracast Support

I flashed the new ARHD 30 Rom to my Device and I cant find Miracast or Wireless Display Setting. It's sad because Miracast is one of the top features of 4.2 Android. The Tegra 3 should supports it very well.
Are there chances to get Miracast with a more custom ROM?
I think it's on Settings - Media Output, but it would be great if someone could test Miracast.
I've tested it on my LG tv with media out, but phone doesn't find the tv nor tv find the phone. Every time I search for the tv only the HTC media link video appears after a while.
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
cant find any miracast only Htc media link... ?
I'm running 4.3 on my ATT HTC One. I have the PTV3000. I got it to work on my laptop and Kindle Fire HDX after dumbing down the firmware to 2.4.1.19. I still can't get it to work on my phone. I can get to connect for 5 seconds and then it drops.
Anyone ever get Miracast to work with HTC One X?
If I choose "Media Output" it never finds a source and always goes tot he media link video.. I should note that I want to send to a WDTV Live SMP, which has recently updated the firmware to allow Miracast.

If so, with which version of Skype - latest or older version needed. Thanks folks

Try to see if the bios has any way to set HDD mode to AHCI
Just tried this on a Chromebox CN60 (Celeron 2955U) and it boots and works quite 'ok'.
Things that don't work, that make it unusable for me:
Nothing related to video playback works, tried PLEX and YouTube
Wi-Fi networks get detected but joining them doesn't work
Bluetooth doesn't seem to work, my BT remote gets detected by my Phone and MacBook Pro but it doesn't get detected by the chromebox
Seems promising, if this issues gets addressed, I'll use it for sure, I just care about PLEX streaming
Thanks for your work!
