Yes, you can root your N7 FHD.
You have 2 solutions with tutorials:
1st - [2013.07.25] SuperSU v1.43 by Chainfire
2nd - One Click install TWRP Recovery, then root by ATGAdmin

Thanks guys, i'll be getting my N7 from FedEx in a few hours. Can't wait to get it.

Hey you can just talk to some one who can lend you authorized mi account and then login in mi flash tool and thats it...you can flash your phone easily

No longer possible. Unless the bootloader is downgraded, which is feasibly difficult.
