Honor 8 Pro system.img on Honor V9? - Honor 8 Pro Questions & Answers

As we know, the V9 is the Chinese variant of the 8 Pro. Is it possible to flash a Honor 8 Pro system.img on a V9 in order to get all the Google services and get rid of all the Chinese bloatware etc.?
I am just curious because we are able to flash these generic Treble system.img to our devices.

Android One in Redmi 6 pro

Last time i checked, ( 10 minutes before posting this), The specs for Mi A2 Lite and Redmi 6 pro are totally the same, except the network bands. We can even assume that Redmi 6 pro is just rebranded version of Mi A2 Lite for India (and some other countries where they are being sold, if any). So, is it at all possible to flash that Android one directly into Redmi 6 pro, or do we need to make some modifications to the package.
Another short question...(as am a newbie and i would like the community to push my knowledge limit a little further). Is it at all possible to flash android one on to any other phone, whatever the specs maybe(same and different).
Edit - I found some interesting facts - Mi A2 Lite is indeed the Global version of Redmi 6 pro
- Redmi 6 pro uses a classic partitioning system while A2 lite uses the A/B system. So direct flashing the stock android one rom will brick it.
New questions - is there any ways to change the partition system from one to the other?
is there some way, we 'stock rom' lust hounds get a hand on it using this 6 pro?
And did you think about the notch?
Mi a2 rom
Did it work

Basically you can't flash Android one version of daisy on sakura. You can port android one for sakura or install a previous one which is ported and almost works fine.

Hey! I've been thinking the same thing, and I've tinkered around the fastboot stock images for both the A2 Lite and the 6 Pro. The stock image for Daisy contains a img named "partition" and I think this is what makes the A/B partition in the phone. I haven't tried it, But I'm think of doing it. editing all the flash_all.sh files in the Android One ROM from the A2 Lite, i.e replacing all codename "daisy" with "sakura" so it doesn't throw a invalid device error. I'll update

CHINA or GLOBAL version REDMI Note 8 Pro

How will I guarantee that my Redmi note 8 pro is global version or chinese version?
You should ask your vendor. Global rom is usually bloated with google apps, while chinese rom is...well as the name implies, full of chinese apps like Taobao, baidu, etc...

Not sure if you bought your device with China ROM. But if you use China ROM by flashing from Global ROM and now come back to Global ROM and re-lock the bootloader then you will get Widevine DRM L1 back

MIUI-V12.5.15.0 RGGEUXM

I get this update today. MIUI-V12.5.14.0 RGGEUXM 180mb
Security Patch to July 2022
I have enabled the option "Receice updates early" at Update settings
Hi, I got it the same today, and unfortunately, i had for the first time in 3 device-years ( REDMI Note 8 Pro ) , 2 times continuously rebooting after that....
I download and install 12.5.15 which I find with the last fastboot firmware. I have lock the device again because I have some problem with Google pay verification. I notice that Netflix is working fine with this update and can be update normally from play store.
