I've been looking to get a custom kernel for miui 9 beta and couldn't find anything. Is someone using a custom kernel with there miui 9 beta? If yes can you give me a link please

The change to beta is easy. Just download the correct form and install through updater.
The beta is not any good . Switch to custom roms based on Pie.

I need stock miui 9 stable fastboot Rom to flash my phone and return it to factory state, even I will lock the bootloader on order to sell it..

I can't update my RN5 pro to the recovery rom provided in the above link, i.e. from MIUI 10 9.6.27 Beta to MIUI V11.0.2.0 PEIMIXM. Error shown in the screenshot. Anyway to fix this?

ROM is in closed beta only authorized accounts can update it unless you have TWRP. You're using way old build beta latest version is 10.3.2.

custom kernels available for rn8 till now are genom,yuki,chips,baebae.
click here for latest stock rom.
mostly every miui based rom have pretty much stable releases like mi eu, miui mix, mi novo etc.
