I have been waiting for several months for the Android 8 update. The support only says that the provider determines when it comes. Are you still waiting or have you already got it?

We just have the .189 update with January Security patch.
I don't think we will get it before April 2018.

We've only to wait
I do not think that it has officially been released for the XA1 series. Sony confirmed that the XA1 will get it, just not when.

They are only working on soak. Seems to hard to make that and do the little patches

I saw the update information in some websites. Especially they share for LG G7 Verizon model.
