ok, installed andromeda, and substratum, got the green box that everything is connected and working, but, not matter what I do, cant get any of the oreo subs themes to actually work..anyone else been checking this out?

I got as far as you did & uninstalled both after I found out that I can't change fonts without Root. I did try an overlay to get rid of the battery icon but it didn't work.

Here is the new Google Now Inverted with my touch of blue (really just blue text and some images LOL). Make a nandroid back up and then flash in CWM. If you have any problems delete your old quicksearchbox.apk from data/app or system/app and then flash my mod, enjoy!

Works for me but in settings/language everything is whole black so I can't choose my German pack to download.
EDIT: Sorry, seems to be an app that blacked out Google Now, deleted and now works fine.

I made one too but flashing it to system/app causes the settings too force close...how did you fix that?

Actually it was by mistake,,, I was using the apk multi-tool and instead of hitting the yes for system app and then yes again, I hit no then yes and was waiting for it to compile and it didnt? Well I went to the "place apk her for modding" folder I saw it was there so I signed it and zipped it up in an older mod that I created to install apps to data/apps and it worked?? LOL I have been trying to theme this thing for days and it always force closed when trying the voice commands. I noticed when compiling before it was noticeably smaller by a few megs and when I did it this new way it seemed to work? I have made multiple edits this way and so far it works.

Ok I'll give it a go, tried system and non system to system/app but haven't tried changing my updater script to data/app...Thanks for the tip.

One thing I was wondering is if this one has the notifications working for JB roms? Everyone says the ICS apk one does. My previous worked flawless but I had to pull the tray down to see the card notifications, they never show up top for some reason.

I might be able to help here but the reason it force closes when trying to do a voice commands while app is in the system directory is because there's a lib file inside the apk that needs to be moved to system/lib then it should be all kosher

Seems fine when I search. Only issue is the notifications pop up for me. Do you have a Nexus or you running AOKP and added the touch screen buttons? If so that maybe the issue.

So I'm rooted and finally got xposed to install. However I'm only able to get the clock color to change.
Can someone point me to a thread with the proper modules that people have gotten to work. I seem to not be installing the right ones.

Probably not going to work without S-Off.
Well, I have 3 apps that will not install on my new AT&T LG G3: ESPN Scorecenter, Open Table and Amazon Mobile.
I have searched on XDA and everywhere else for a cure. I have tried removing the SIM, clearing the Play Store Data, Airplane mode, etc and nothing works. Is anyone else having this issue? I guess I will just sideload the apk if I can find them but I also read where this may be due to the dpi issue. Our screens may be too high of a dpi and the app won't allow an install.
Any help is appreciated.

The apps will install and may work fine but they need to be updated from the devs some apps may not work at all but some may ... Just back them up on another phone and sideload

If you can root install exposed and there is a module that fixes that issue in play store it's called all apps or something like that

Well, I got the apks for Amazon and ESPN and installed and they work fine. I can't find Open Table but I guess I can live without it. I hope they get updated soon.

Thanks guys for all the info. I have all the apps installed but I wonder if they will update when new versions come out? They are not showing as installed in the Play Store. I guess I will have to watch for updates. I will email the devs.
So I've got the download booster enabled and have the icon in the status bar but never actually see it light up. Has anyone got this to work yet? In case you don't know how to enable it I found detailed instructions here. I'm pretty sure it would only work on stock touchwiz too but I'm not sure about that.

You actually have it working? I tried doing that "Nova Launcher Method" before and after I rooted but it only shows the icon and does not actually work. And yes I clicked to enable it. I tried downloading all kinds of different size files and no dice.
Can you snap a screen shot of it actually using wifi and data?

Is it possible to get Xposed and G3 Tweaksbox up and running on the new stock/ota lollipop build for the D851? I have busybox installed and running, but I also want to get a few tweaks back that I had on KK. If anyone can shed any light on this, that would be great.

Yes but... You have to disable the smart cover app to get xposed going. Then you'll need to google 'G3Tweakbox for lollipop'

Awesome Swizzle, I appreciate the quick response. Soon after posting, I ran across something talking about the Smart Cover not working with it. I don't use the smart cover, so not hurting my feelings any. I will freeze the app with TB or Root Uninstaller and proceed with caution after making a nandroid, just for safe measure. Thanks again!

I see that, but it's not a fix. It's a workaround that makes the smart cover still unusable. I thought he was implying someone actually fixed the issue my bad..

It's all good man. As far as I know there is no fix for it at the moment. Maybe with the beta version of xposed it will be a fix.

Yeah I haven't seen anything yet. Thought maybe he found something I hadn't. I know some folks were trying to work on it back in February but all discussion came to a hault for some reason.
So i have been looking all over and maybe i am just too tired, but i cant figure out why tethers and networks FCs on me. I thought i found something that said it was because of xpossed? I was wondering if there is a fix? im on lollipop, stock, rooted.

It is indeed because of Xposed. Currently, at the time of this post, there is no fix.

I've been experiencing mms issues as well. This radio is funky lol
