no dont uninstall it...it is 3d creator in the camera app...

I use DroidWall. It's free on the Market, but it does require root. I'm thinking most if not all of your choices of an app to do what you are asking will require root.

If you have root, you can freeze it using Titanium Backup.

i have tried many many many apps for batter ram management but my search ends on app freeze
its been two days and wod say a very powerful yet simple app
google services are the most memory snatchers
and i dont use google services too much so freeze it and see my free memory

Hello, Verizon voicemail is draining my battery a bit and i dont even use it. I use google voicemail. Is there a way to disable it with an app since the phone doesnt let you disable it?

Get the same app from Z or maybe a Force will work too.
On MM these "fake" apps Z app effectively disabled many app which if they installed, would force close without much fuss.
Be careful some do create a stink and if you do not know what to do you must wipe data from recovery.
