No bro you can't unlock the bootloader without PC
And you can root by flashing Thailand qfil flash able firmware actually vivo phones are non root able but by this method you can root ,but at your own risk.

BRE5 base isn't playing well with AOSP
Is there a AOSP compatible Device tree for starlte?
Simply adapting the .dependencies and .mk files does compile but results in a bootloop.
Can you add Screenshots please? but overall your work seems quite awesome.

you can change network type from settings
Bro 3g network nhi h or 4g lte work nhi karta airtel ,idea,vodafone me bas jio me volte work karta h

Bro no 3g in network setting
When I flash this rom it's showing error 7 I attached recovery log below
