Maybe we need A/B Partition ...but its too complicated for devolepers and us...I think.
Los 14 is good but its not OMS mode in Substratum and some micro bugs so I continue using Mokee rom though its also not perfect.

Nubia camera portrait mode does not work?
is there a zip to twp that fixes the error?
whenever active mode, both front and back, app stops running.
Any solution?
I wanted to use lineage so much, that's all I need.

The Nubia camera is a close source app. I think you should ask nubia engineer to fix this problem rather than the Los romer.
Battery is related to usage habits. I think the battery is enough to use.

I understand the cause of the previous write error.
I added a WCDMA band and shut it down unexpectedly when it is out of signal area.
Will not it not cause problems even if I add it?

I tried with original stock ROM from nubia site -- same error
I tried to flash same RR_N_5.8.5........................ same error....
Can not flash any ROM...................
all after complete wipe......system.....data.....internal storage.......
same error...................
then again restored with back created by TWRP........back to RR
What could be the reason?

I have some qustions for a developer.
i have already unlock bootloader and install twrp recovery but after flashing this rom my phone just stucked in bootloader if i reboot it will boot in bootloader again and again

SoC supports 5ghz WiFi.

nice work, just installed it. no major bugs bugs till now
edit:
1) charging rate while phone in use (nothing major, normal apps and reading, no games/background apps like FB etc) is quite low for me. when screen is off its normal.
2) the screen doesn't switch off during calls, a proximity sensor issue?

I don't have tested a lot of things but LED doesn't work. Notify and charging doesn't turn on led. [EDIT] Works as stock but it's not really good.
Torchlight touch doesn't work but flash with camera work.
Camera, audio, fingerprint sensor, call, SMS, WIFI, Mobile data and GPS work.

Hi again.
I have tested to compile rom from your source.
In setup config file doesn't exist and I have choice msm-NX589-perf_defconfig to compile.
I don't know why but boot image go into bootloop. I must restore boot from your compiled rom (backuped from TWRP) to boot.
Backlight is very dark but torchlight work perfectly.
Led doesn't work.
Battery charge but I don't think quick charge works. I am not sure for quick charge.
I hope these indications will help you.

After test with stock firmware, leds work as stock firmware.
it's the original works that is not complete.

Nice work producing this! Now if only I could get my phone to connect to my laptop (nothing seems to work - using the ZTE USB drivers but the device isn't recognised even when I install manually - oh well...)

I tried this ROM because stock global had problems for me. Especially notifications and miracast is working in Lineageos. The max speaker volume could be higher. Skype has microphone problem. With lots of distortion.

I have submitted patch to leds notification.
There are only 2 leds. Button left and Button right. Home has no led or I didn't find how to activate it even changing dts.
Left button : battery notification
Right button : others notification like message
Leds are power on when lcd backlight is power on and notify when lcd backlight is power off.
Battery notify is constantly power on when plugged power and battery >= 92%.
I hope that this will definitively correct notifications management.

I found yesterday an android 9.0 Rom for Z17 mini S . It works, but have some bugs. The next days i will test this Rom.

The screen will not light or respond only show the status bar. I have to restart to solve the problem, but it will repeat after a period of time.
Maybe I installed opengapps to cause this?
Root does not seem to take effect，many apps didn't recognize it.

12-06-2018: Ahhhhhhhh: copying the files to root of SD card solved this issue....
Completed first with opegapps-nano package ---- looks very slow.
Now installing aroma and will see - 24Hours to test :laugh:

Nope - tried reflashing and using only nano gapps but no luck. Need some update so that atleast UI is stable and does not crash so that it allows to modify some system settings. What I have seen that no app, even core, has got permission to acces storage, phone etc. At this no app can run without access to storage etc.
Going back till YOU give some update or script to make it stable.
Again great job...........will test once highways_ru gives go ahead:laugh:

Again I formatted the whole device. Reinstalled. Stuck at a loop - connected to WiFi then it does not proceed. Only option to skip. If I do so, option comes to restore from device or cloud then it says no internet and keep looping there.

08.12.2018: So many times I formatted and reinstalled, with nano gapps, mini gapps, pico gapps, aroma but no luck. UI is unstable and does not allow to do any config. System configurator also crashing. All it looks because of permission errors. Earlier TWRP had an option to reset this permissions but this TWRP does'n have that feature.

As some others reported as well the Rom is quite laggy. But in my case Gapps seems to be the cause, without them being installed there are not any problems. Especially when theyre installed before the first boot the message that Android Setup has stopped continue to pop up every few seconds. Maybe the problem is that there 3 different installers installed with the one from Gapps?

Running good on the Chinese version with the exception of a couple reboots.
On a side note, is there a tap to wake feature in this ROM?
I can't find it anywhere.
