I have NOT found conclusively if this phone has an Infrared beam. Does this phone have the app LG Quick Remote??? Can you point it at a TV, run the LG Quick Remote and it will program itself to control that TV???
I have found that the AT&T version, the LG V35 ThinQ, DOES actually have the I/R beam hardware. Can someone please tell me if the LG G7 ThinQ has this???

Wrong section
And no it does not have the infrared sensor

160 is mdpi
240 is hdpi
maybe hdpi? because it passed the 200 mark
OP updated, it appears there was some confusion on the specifications before launch, those are now fixed:good:

"at least? " you really saying that? What's not so satisfying that you" at least" want a otg? Also you have external sd slot. Why need an otg? The phone isn't with big screen if you expecting otg for gaming controllers?

No offense man. I really did intend to use the words "at least" because I know it has an external SD slot and it would seem redundant to have OTG. And I would intend to use my phone (if it had OTG) to be a tablet/desktop substitute. But that's just me though.
Any way to enable usb otg on this device.
Will the nexus media importer work

can anyone confirm this would work????? or is there anyone here from canada with rogers carrier who can tell me if they have any issues with it.
any help would be appricated.
I recommend buying it locally. I bought my Chrome Z5 premium from a local store called Swiftronics in Mississauga. I think they also carry the Gold one. I am also on Rogers and mine works perfectly no issues. They also have a return policy so if anything you can return it locally too.
OP, you may also want to look in the Z5 forums as this is the Z5P forum.
