Looks like your bootloader version is 3. New one is 4. But we have you can Odin files with v4 bootloader. So I will say yes you will get ADB or Odin files to go back or update.

V4 is current official AT&T bootloader for Note 5. You will be able to update if you are on V4 bootloader.

If you ADB you wippe your data. I would wait for official release.

Only a Nandroid backup can be THAT good (on other rootable phones). With Smart Switch backups, I lose saved game data and other application data.

My device is still on CPHA or september 2016's patch. Can I go to this february update via adb sideload without updating the patch before this? I live outside US region

Thank you, mate.. do you have patch all the way back from after the CPHA?

I just got this update OTA last night. This is what I was waiting for since I want to wait until the Nougat update to factory reset again. Seems good so far but haven't had it long enough to find major differences.

I'm sorry but I choose not tell anymore. Last time I share AT&T block access. I check servers every 2-3 days, when I find something I will share.

Thanks a ton for the update!! I have a at&t note-5 being used on t-mobile and is currently on build number:LMY47X.N920AUCU2APB2(mar 2016 update) and I was wondering as to how to upgrade to the latest version MMB29K.N920AUCS4CQA1. Since I can't get my hands on a at&t sim I will need to update it manually. Could anybody please guide me as to what is the best way to get to the latest version. I did search the forum but there seem to multiple and sometimes confusing ways so wanted a little clarity on that. Thanks in advance!!

You can ODIN from your desktop PC directly to *****PK1
After that, you would then use ADB from your desktop PC (USB debugging enabled) to sideload the subsequent updates to your device as Nobarb suggested. However that last step would wipe your device (so a backup will be necessary).
I'm in the same boat as you are, so I'm just waiting for the next official update (or something flashable in ODIN to get me back up to date)

I am not sure about GSI variants, but in my pixel i can hardly see anything new except that ridiculously messed up gestures. Other than that i can say that security wise there are few improvements here and there. :fingers-crossed:
If the rom works i think you should be able to use other camera apps.

Other apps yes but I realy like stock lg.
And that one don't work. Probobly I won't be able to switch camera on vanilla either

I have an EM version but if I unlock the bootloader, won't that keep me from using "secure" apps like HD Netflix, banking, Google Pay, etc?

I havet get android 10 today. Lol

With every new android update, some features are removed and some apps no longer work (w/o root)
Eg all call recorders are broken, and location features in macrodroid from android 9

So I've been patiently waiting on my LMG710ULM device to get Android 10 here in the US. I've seen nothing and all my LG tools (Bridge, Support Tool) are showing G710ULM20f (Android 9, February patch) as the latest software.
Please tell me there will be something available for this device soon? I purchased this Unlocked specifically to ensure I'd get the updates faster than they would come from a Verizon locked phone. Just not feeling the love back from LG that I show to their phones. To clarify...I can't root this device because I have it registered with my work to get all my mobile tools (Teams, Outlook, Authenticator), so I have to wait on an official release.

Also, if you want to root it, you could use an app that lets you use the work profile (like shelter) and use work apps there

Firmware STK- LX1

Just bought a 9X Region STK-LX1 Currently on 9.1.0.232 (C431E1R1P2) Security 1st August, seems quiet out of date security patch and had no update from taking out of the box till now anybody else in UK with stk-lx1 on same firmware is it the latest I've tried all the tricks wiping data/cache of hicare and update app and still no updates, I know China is currently in beta for emui 10 is that still android 9 or 10 as well, wish the beta would be more wide spread and not just China [emoji19]

What country do you live? I have nothing in finland, so mayby i try with VPN.

I also got the November security patch. But checked the Beta club app for projects to join Emui 10 beta, but it shows No projects available. Anyone joined the Emui 10 beta project here??

i neew the stock firmware and the only places that advertises for it seems a bit shady .. my phone is the huawei p smart z - stk lx1 with an hisilicon kirin 710f ship i belive.

Yes, they are the same firmware, and you can install them by fastboot

Awesome! Can you also install them as "offline OTA" updates?

I bought this phone in saudi arabia and im using it in Egypt at first i recieved some security updates and android 10 but the last security update i recieved was December's i contacted them but they said that i won't recieve more updates cause of my location can anyone tell me how to manually donwload them???

As per the screenshot in post #1 of the April update, here, the Fold4, F936B, firmware for your CSC code EUX, (Europe), was released 10th April for everyone. For some reason you did not get the update.

But my build number says CWD9 and the kernal (also CWD9) is from apr 25?
Sorry, I am very confused…

Only the Baseband version remains the same CWCC ( from april ) the rest is CWD9 ( from may )
I also did notice that , and confused me ...
You did update to the latest !

I was going by the Build number you quoted in your earlier post, above, which you state is CWCC.
Your subsequent screenshot does indeed show that you are now on Build number CWD9 for May which was released earlier today.

Not yet its the most annoying bug for me it makes the car radio sound like crap when using power amp and bluetooth

A week later it is the turn of the carrier branded devices to receive the May update.
U.K. carrier devices on the following CSC codes are now rolling out...
BTE = BT (UK)
BTB = BT OnePhone (UK)
EVR = EE (UK)

Since the update, my device gets hot and runs battery down. Not all of the time but a handful of times throughout the day. Have to shut it down for a bit then back on. Have done this several times since the update.

After updating did you wipe cache, repair apps and use Galaxy App Booster?

I do the wiping of the cache after every update, but will do again....and going to do the app booster....thx
