In redmi note 5 pro Indian version front camera is 20 MP. I am using google camera and in setting it is showing me only 5 MP No 20 MP option is there. Any one else also facing the exact problem and any one know how can I solve it. I am running 8.1 global beta version.

Guys, a gcam with night sight for essential phone allegedly also working for vince. Can anyone verify it, I can't cause im in rr oreo still waiting for rr pie update.

I have tried this one:

That is from Arnova.
Things that don't work are:
Front cam:
- Portrait.
- HDR
Back cam:
- Sphere: force close
- Slow motion.
Working:
- Night sight. You need to exit cam and open it again if you will be taking more than one pic. Otherwise it will keep processing HDR forever.
- Portrait with back cam
- Panorama
-Video recording with back cam at 60 fps
- Video recording with from cam
- Regular pics.
Everything else I have not tried or forgotten. I am on havoc. Btw, night sight... Wow.. excellent.

You have to use another version of g cam(lower) for normal use

I've tried this one and it's the only one that the front camera works,but slow motion it's not working though...

Gcam 6.1.021 not saving front camera photos. Videos and everything works just no photos being saved. Anyone know a fix?

Latest parrot's 7.3 working all ok on android 10, even slowmo.
Only thing not working is selfie portrait, and for regular selfies you have to disable HDR else ir doesn't works.

Hello, first ... The gcam versions are great and much better than the stock cam because much more details in the pic. Big thanks to the developer.

I tested nearly all..from 6.1 to now 7, from all modders

But i only see a different in the awb and sharpness up to the lib.
So ..for me.. there is no great different. 7. looks for me like the 6.3 versions (picquality)

I miss really a pro mode with manual iso and shuttertime.

That together works for me in no versions from all modders. Is there a chance to get it. Like in the stockcam?

• Fixed a green fill on the front camera on Redmi Note 5 Pro.

I had sent the developer a request to check &add entry specifically for K20 Pro & just got a notification that update is out.
Will update which version it is after sometime
Update: it's the old 6.2.030 mod (KMOD 1.1.9)
So imo atm the best option if selecting from the app would be the Mi9T Pro version : the astrophotography mode in that + sabre = really clear, noisefree pictures.

Yes, Mi9TPro mod works the best with excellent photo results & working,stable astrophotography mode too
