Google camera - Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus Questions & Answers

Does any one know which modded camera app we can use in our phone to get portrait mode and HDR+ mode in it. ..
I am using pixelexperience ROM 8.1

Snapdragon 616 doesn't support it. No matter what rom or camera you use

I am using crdroid. No 50mp mode in snapdragon camera app. You need to see if you can get the coloros camera port for that. Also no lvm support. You are left with only stock storage layout support.

Luckily these seems to work on Crdroid 8.1 https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/themes-apps/port-coloros-camera-cm11s-t3030369

slow motion in google cam oreo 8.1

is there a way to get slow motion working in google cam for oreo
I applied the fix but still no slow motion gives a fatal error
I am asking so as I completely ditched the stock camera and I only use the google camera
thanks in advance
As of now we can't unfortunately. Its a OnePlus bug. Arnova already told he can't fix that without source. So if you want you can use latest ported Nokia Camera. Slow-Motion works fine in CrDroid rom. Also in OOS

GCam not running on Havoc OS 2.9

So, I just flashed Havoc OS 2.9 today from Pixel Experience which was really cool but the GCam app wouldn't work there. I flashed Havoc hoping GCam would work.
Havoc OS 2.9 already had GCam version 2.x pre installed. So I updated to 4.x from Play Store which had no functions at all.
I've tried almost all GCam, none worked but GCam_6.2.030_N7P_test1.apk. I don't know why this version only worked.
I need help to fix this. Cam2API is enabled.
1. Havoc OS 2.9 Doesn't Come with GCam But Snap Camera as per as my knowledge.
2. You are not supposed to update Gcam From Playstore. Gcam is officially supported by Pixel Devices Only
3. If you have Indian Variant Try trCamera v5 - It has everything stable from Portrait Mode to Shooting at 60 FPS without zoom to front camera without the green tint and Night Sight with Astronomy Mode.
4. Or you can also try latest Gcam v6.2 From Arnova
Search in google about links of Telegram Channel called Gcam Whyred Official ( I don't know if i can provide the links so you have to figure that out yourself)
And make sure to apply the recommended settings mentioned in the post

gcam compatible?

i flased this rom
[GSI][AOSP][10.0] Phh-Treble System-Quack-Arm64-A/B REDMI NOTE 9
is there any gcam compatible? sorry , i new in this
I know there is one because before I had used this rom and had a gcam, but now it doesn't work for me for some reason it doesn't save the photos
I've found that's an issue with HDR+ Enhanced mode. Try plain HDR+ or no HDR at all. I find I have to sometimes try 10 different xml configs before I find a one that "works".
Using latest trCamera (best GCam mod IMO) on my Pocohhphone F1 with Android 11 GSI, works fine.
