Be patient.
HTC already confirmed the OTA will start rolling out by the end of July.
They discovered some further points they wanted to adress.
Thus I guess we'll start receiving it by the end of next week.

I hear ya buddy cause it seems whenever I usually get a new HTC flagship it usually always beats everything else on benchmarks or at least very close.

Benchmarks are all over the place. Here's my highest and lowest. Not too happy with it cause it seems HTC flagships usually do much better.

We should immediately start a petition to HTC to have our devices swapped over for one with an oj 2 mm to the left.
I wonder if this is a one off, or whether all of their devices have the same flaw?
One thing I can say for sure, it wouldn't happen with an iPhone.

We don't need At&t , all we need is for international desire eye to receive it and then I can make the firmware up package... All I'd need then is a system pull or a nandroid backup.

True!, shame i have not found a way to convert my ATTT eye to International like with the M8. is there a similar way to convert?

Awesome, this device is still being maintained by HTC! I'm getting a new device in may but if HTC's 2016 models are as great as this phone, I'll definitely get a HTC again, this is the best android device I've had in ages.
Desire eye (EU) will receive official Android 6.0.1 in March. It would be great if @xXminiWHOOPERxX writes a conversion guide for us!
Would it be plausible to port TouchWiz from the SD820 GS7 to the HTC 10? I couldn't see any reason why this wouldn't work using a system pull from the 820 S7, and methods similar to how people have ported MIUI and Flyme.

I have both phones, I'd want to get as far from TW as possible.

You won't be able to get the full os. Too many requirements for closed sourced files made just for that device. Best you can hope for is some of the apks. Like launcher, sms, maybe dialer (not the In Call Dialer) and contacts. Those should be be compatible with a few things removed.
