Can I use Mate 10's dynamic themes i.e. where the texture of the wallpaper changes according to the time of the day with Honor 10?

Could anybody make theme for miui 9 which looks like huawei mate 10 porsche design theme?
I was using it on my beloved honor phone before I crashed it and really miss it.
Liked black but still clean design of it.
Also samsung black icons theme would be nice. Thanks in advance.
Late last year, Huawei announced EMUI 10, its latest software based on Android 10. They kicked things off with a beta that was made available for many Huawei and Honor devices. Today, the company is announcing (via press release) the rollout schedule for stable EMUI 10, starting with the Huawei P30 series.
Huawei continues to march on despite its well-documented situation within the Android ecosystem. The good news for those wondering about Google services is the devices listed in the roadmap were released before the ban. That means they will be allowed to continue to use Google services. Huawei has listed six devices that will be getting EMUI 10 this month and a bunch of other devices scheduled for “later months.”

yesterday I had the time to make a comparison of my OnePlus 9 Pro with OxygenOS 12.1 and a few of other devices on my hands:

I feel the stock camera isn't at the level of the GCAM for the OP but it can deliver very eye candy images (not real but... Good for the eyes)
