e so você digitar adb reboot recovery com o cell puglado na usb ai o cell var da reboot em uma tela falando algo tipo null command ai você aparte vol + ou e - sla e o botão power ai ele entra no recovery padrãozão do android, descobri isso faz pouco tempo.

You are right. It iwas not implemented. I've tried on last firmware release: S230.

Im at the hospital (apendicite) and i made a little app in tasker to enable and disable S2W and FastCharge..
I made this app to pass some time i dont have photoshop here so the ui is not perfect and maybe have bugs.
But i want to share it.. Maybe when i get home i remake all ui in photoshop

I only made for S2W and FastCharge because its the main things i use but yeah i think i can add more stuff

No idea. Can't find it either. Maybe means soc overheating or perhaps failure.
He probably broke something on the board if it didn't boot up yet. You could try to go to a repair service. You can also try to connect it to the PC and see if it displays any device.
Maybe the phone entered a secret mode and it now became a god
