Hi All,
I've just found the original Motorola Droid RAZR boot animation. It looks really nice and futuristic, so I decided to edit it to fit in our SGA because the original boot animation was for HDPI devices which appears bigger in SGA.
Yes, you can use this boot animation in any rom.
How to install (it's not flashable):
Download the attached zip file bootanimation.zip (don't change the name)
Use root explorer or same kind of tool.
Copy the boot animation from SD card and paste it to /system/media folder
Reboot, and see the changes...
How to install boot sound (for any CM7-based ROM):

Copy the mp3 file android_audio.mp3 from SD card and paste it to /system/media folder

i've downloaded many boot animations including yours .. my ace is rooted with the upd_1.zip , moved the bootanimation.zip to system/media and didn't work .. tried to move it to data/local and it did not work .. what am i doing wrong ?

what i did before was to copy the whole audio folder (system/media/audio) of hyperion7 zip then replace it entirely to other custom roms
(you must also delete the existing audio folder before placing the audio file from hyperion 7) then flash it to my phone. one flash - saves time

U should aslo try looking into a few flashables zip u download....
It will make u familiar with some common files that are essential in flashable zip....

Locked Bootloader
Root
recovery
Superuser Mod
Deodexed
if you have that then go ahead and do a nandroid backup in TWRP

and can you please tell me which phone you are using
coz for t2 ultra dual and t2 ultra zip are different
if you flash wrong zip you will end up with boot loop

Sir i have one more question, i finale successed to deodexed my rom, and i follow your steps for this. Rom but when i replace settings apk and restart my phone i dont have settings anymore... I set permissions rights..any thoughts?

you need to push settings apk in to system/Priv-app
also check if there any settings.odex file should not be there if there is one then delete and reboot
should be done

Nop there is no any.odex file..i know for pushiing and i already did that.. but when i do that and restar my phone there is no settings app..

3.download RaR file and extract it

U have no need to deodexed ur rom.
