Excellent. Can you please send me a unit to test and review?

Definitely interested in this. Curious to see just how slim.

I am interested but I don't have the stats to be a tester.

I'm definitely interested.

Please PM us for the further contact~

shame you have to be in the usa we never get chance for much in the uk

I barely meet the requirements, but would be interested!

Sounds awesome to have a extra battery option. Will the battery case retain wireless charging capabilities?

@ZEROLEMON_OFFICIAL I would be interested in testing one of these out. I have never used a battery case so this would be a first for me. I have sent a pm for consideration.

I meet all the criteria, and it sounds interesting, but how does it affect the longterm life of the internal battery. It wouldn't matter if the battery was removable like all my previous phones, but that will never return I'm sure.
I've wondered if it would be better to be able to select which battery the phone uses, internal or external. This would allow the internal to be used normally and switch to the external when needed - with a slight delay so the phone never loses power. Either this has already been done and I'm ignorant having never used a battery case, or there are hardware restrictions.
Best of luck

Hello!
An XDA user for over 10 years, would love to try your product.

Would love try this great for business trips.

I'm most definitely interested and believe I'm a solid candidate to test, review and provide adequate feedback for this product. See my pm for further information.

It's a shame that you guys only ship in the US because I would've loved to try one (Italian guy here) especially because I meet the requirements with a large margin.
The thing that I'm most interested about, like one other user, is how this case will affect the life of the internal battery considering that it will keep charged at 100% stressing it out. Do you guys have a solution for this problem?

Yeah...sorry for that~

I just pulled the trigger on an LG G7 ThinQ via Project Fi, and would love to be considered if samples are still available!

I would like to be a reviewer of your product. I haven't tried one of these battery cases yet and it would be my first time. Hopefully I'll be able to try and test this product.

Actually we need review to review our battery, so that the end-user know the quality of our product. It can help the end-users to know more about the different between our battery and other no name battery in the market.

Member asked me to review products, now banned

If someone could please move this to the right forum if necessary.
I received some pms in response to some product reviews of mine. They asked if I'd be willing to do a review on their product. Well they sent a package but one of them wasn't even mentioned previously.
A car dock, and a stylus were to be sent but I received a stylus and a screen protector for the m8.
Now I can't reach this user. The mobile profile says banned, yet the desktop site says unable to receive private messages.
Anyway just want advice on what to do. Otherwise I'll just review the one product as promised.
I've honestly never been approached to review any products for free so it's cool no matter what. But I was a bit apprehensive at first.
Thanks in advance for the advice.

Sounds like somebody got banned for trying to use the forum to market their products.
That's crazy. It was done in a professional and non annoying manner.
Well whatever. I'm still going to do the review like I promised.

Evernote yanking negative comments?

go leave a negative comment on Evernote about how it's bloatware pushed on you, and non disableable. check on your comment in a few days, your review and rating will be completely removed, and it'll ask you if you want to leave a review again. it'll happen every single time you do. tf is this?
update 1/24
hey guys, would you guys screenshot the review you posted, and then after when the comment was completely yanked, screenshot it showing you never made a review.
you can blur out your name if you'd like, this story is going to be posted soon, and the more user screenshots we have the better.
Anyone willing to help will 've greatly appreciated
Had the same experience.. I left 2 reviews about being bloatware on the note 4 and yet the play store still let's me review the app like i've left no review.
I was willing to give the app a shot.. considering all the positive reviews it had and looked like a decent app I could use. Then I noticed all the permissions it needed.. and I said no thanks.
Evernote getting baked in on NK3 could have honestly been a mistake. Something got overlooked and sent out with no one catching it. I'm even willing to hopefully assume that was the case just for the mere fact of the precedent that is being set. But I have a feeling it's advertising/marketing and AT&T is getting $$ for preinstalling. Without the option to disable natively. And quite honestly, I don't like them making more money 'on the side' at my expense.

Ditto, agreed.
You know, you have to question the quality of an app that they literally cant even GIVE away. They have to force it upon us, by raping our poor helpless cell phones.
Really? Yanking a negative review is questionable about the morality of a company in the least. When I do a little research about any app prior to purchase, I always read both sides of reviews. Just because I find and read negative reviews sometimes gives me an inner depth of knowledge of the complexity of such an app, and believe it or not they don't persuade me not to buy.
However, yanking negative reviews is a total choker for me. It tells me a great deal about the company. Belive me, I get it. Who likes negative reviews? What would persuade me to buy any product hands down is how they would help, and respond to those reviews.
Pulling a review is bad business.
It's bad ethics, it's not bad business.

Why does Google even allow that? I think some of the fault lies with them for giving an app developer the ability to pull reviews.

I imagine it's for removing reviews with inflammatory content: bad language, threats, etc. There's a humongous amount of reviews on the Play Store for Google to handle by themselves, and it'd be much more feasible to let app devs handle their own reviews instead. That's how I look at it, anyway. No idea if that's actually the case.
There's always going to be abusers, though...
They've deleted mine a few times now for saying it's bloatware. The truth hurts I guess.

Here you go.
I even TRIED to keep my comment PC but it looks like it was yanked as well...
Decided to make a NEW COMMENT just now. Exited out of play store and opened it back up and comment is GONE already.
Comments deleted until...
I had a similar experience, had ever note installed a year ago, posted a positive comment, then got my Note 4 and the baked in update. I immediately changed my review to one star and noted that it was bloatware. My comments were reverted twice until I mentioned in the title of the review that my comments were being deleted. Now the review has 'stuck'. I didn't think to screenshot but will monitor it from now on.
This has been going on for me for a while and they are still doing it.
It's never ending. I just left a bloatware review on the Amazon app store as well to see if it gets deleted.
More and they do it on the Amazon store as well.
Uninstall is controlled by the OEM manufacturer
Hey Guys, I work for Evernote.
I thought you might want to know that your ability to uninstall Evernote is controlled by the OEM that manufactures your device.
Evernote recommends to all of our OEM partners that they make it possible for users to delete our apps if they wish.
If the OEM decides not to allow a user to delete the Evernote app, that decision is made unilaterally by the OEM.
//Brian
The issue here is less the bloat and more of the deleting honest reviews to better an overall rating. If the company didn't want 1 star reviews for being bloat then they should not have allowed the app to be added as bloat.
The deletions are unethical and frankly just a ****ty move.
It's possible since the reviews are about placement of the app, and not how good the app itself is, that the reviews about bloat are being removed.

Jiayu S3S,(3GB) from Club1941.Com (REVIEW)

Mod edit: Anyone interested in Club1941 may contact the OP for further information or discussion or in the thread below:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/general/experience-comments-club1941-t3043990
THIS THREAD HAS NOW BECOME AN APOLOGY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY MY REVIEW
AND FOR ANYBODY WHO HAS PURCHASED A DEVICE FROM THE SCAMMERS I NOW KNOW CLUB1941.COM TO BE
@ivivdim created a separate thread about this seller due to @OscarBlue researching the seller and finding many perculiarities about the site in question
http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/general/experience-comments-club1941-t3043990
after reading a thread over at china-devices.com today 05/03/2015 that a user posted about receiving just a screen protector instead of a tablet and power bank
http://www.china-devices.com/Thread-Be-careful-Club-1941-com
i have now decided to amend this thread OP with an apology for any and all people who were taken in by this scammer and made a payment to them and who now have to go through the process of a dispute with paypal or their credit card company to have their funds returned
i do not know how to apologize enough for my actions in posting my review here that made all the people go and use this site and i have decided that since i am one of the few people who received a real working device that i will host a giveaway of the device i received by way of an apology for any inconvenience caused by my actions
i have asked @OscarBlue to help me with this....and if he does not then i do not blame him as i would be very angry myself if i had read the review i posted and then made a purchase with this company only to find out that they were scammers
i thank all of the people who warned me about this potentially being a scam and am sorry i did not listen to your advice and question the companies motives myself
what i have learned from this experience is to be more vigilant before jumping in at the deep end and dragging other people with me...and to do more research before commiting myself fully into such endevours in the future
please if you are interested in joining the giveaway for this device i will post a link soon here in this thread
it will be at my expense and i will pay for all shipping anywhere in the world to deliver the device to whoever receives it
this will be done as a small way of saying sorry for any hurt i may have caused anybody by my actions

Why there is no stickers inside your phone? I mean usually there are some stickers like imei number.. hologram etc..
Thank you for the review.
Anyway, hope that you understand that if it proves that club1941.com is a scam that many people may lose their money thanks to you and this review.
I do not have anything against you and I apologize for writting this in your topic.
I just want to advise members of this forum to be carefull and to think twice before they buy a phone significantly below current market price, esspecially from the online store that just recently has been opened.
Thank you.

He is being paid to do a review. I.e., he will get his phone refunded if the store is satisfied with his review.
The problem may be that these trial devices may be the only devices shipped from that seler.
They are selling enourmous numbers these days at very low price of cca 170$ for a 3GB version of Jiayu S3. Maybe even lower in some cases.

21 days after you made your payment the funds are normally released by paypal and the seller can do what he wants with the money, unless you file a dispute with paypal, then the funds, although they are in the sellers paypal account are put on hold, and the seller cannot access them until the dispute is ended, you can end the dispute at any time if you are happy with the sale, the seller can end the dispute at any time by issuing a refund. I ordered one of these phones from this seller and was suspicious of the website, so I opened a dispute and the seller issued a refund straight away, despite the fact that the seller said he had posted the phone and issued a tracking number, he had until 19th march to respond to the dispute but chose to refund instead, draw your own conclusions
Also the agent at paypal told me that if I didnt file a dispute and the sale later was found to be fraudulent I would still get my money back from paypal, although I wasnt told how long that would take, nor what evidence I would have to produce.
Edit... I have since found out that paypal only put a 21 day hold on your funds if you are dealing with a new seller, or if the seller has problems/disputes, otherwise the funds could go directly to the seller, unless you open a dispute.

Seems like filing a dispute is reasonable way of protecting our interests. Would you mind telling us what reason of dispute you chose and what did you write to make your statement understandable as disputing to make money freeze for more than 21 days?
I tried myself this few minutes ago but not sure what to write not to be understanded as a panicking one by PayPal service.

also everybody is entitled to their opinion and i fully agree with you that it is better to err on the side of caution...there are a lot of scammers out there i am glad that you are warning people let's just hope that they all are using paypal to purchase their devices as this is a 'safe' way of doing buisness on the internet
i myself paid with paypal and it all went very smoothly
i read over in s7ylers thread that some people had problems and were offered the chance to pay with western union...never ever pay with western union as there is no option to get your money returned to you if you do get scammed

I used the grounds that the item had not been received (even though it had only been ordered a matter of hours) and in the message box I just wrote, I do not believe the sellers website to be genuine. and then I think you are given a date that the seller has to respond by, in my case 19 march, i believe if you need to extend the dispute beyond that date, you have to escalate the dispute before that date is reached, I'm not entirely sure about that as I didnt get that far, as I got my refund right away.

i cannot speak for the seller on their reasons for why they instantly refunded you your money, but you are correct in that paypal WILL refund your money if you do not receive the device or if it appears to be fake, the evidence would be the paypal payment that you made, tracking number given to you by the seller, and also any email interaction between the two of you so my advice would be to contact the seller and strike up a conversation talking about the device and delivery method, and payment, also a screen shot of your account details with the item in question from the seller would also be good
these will all contribute to you receiving your payment back from paypal...hope this helps.....
edit: forgot to mention connect the device to mtk droid tools either record this from receipt of the item at your door till the spec info pops up on droid tools or just take a screen shot

Congratulations mrsim, you have done well, if you google 'club1941.com review' you come top of the pile, you know why? because you are the only person who has ever received anything from that site, They must have thousands of orders by now, but they're still sending them out, must have massive stocks I guess, odd how some of the other suppliers seem to be having difficulty obtaining this device, must be their massive buying power, as a worldwide Wholesale/retail outlet, with years of growth behind them(from their 'about us ' page) just google the name and you'll get some idea of their history, except it only goes back to January of this year, never mind, check out the glowing reviews for the 600 odd items for sale on the site, strange the only items with reviews are the Jiayu S3 2 and 3gb versions, oh and they dont seem to be proper reviews either, never mind I'm sure it'll be ok, at least you can claim your money back from paypal.
there's none so blind as those who will not see
Congratulations oscarblue48. You got your money back. what was the dispute you had again please ? What would Paypal do if they did'nt have people like you ?
Surely this seller has done nothing wrong yet so why not give him a chance ? Its not thousands of phones anyway judging by his order numbers its more like 30-40 per day. Also his address is Shenzen so maybe his brother or wife works in Jiayu or there could be thousands of reasons why he has access to phones. fact is the S3advanced has been released and reason most of Aliexpress sellers havent got them yet is they are not yet back to work after New Year.
BTW thanks Mrsim for another great review for what is obviously a great phone.
Oh the only connection to Club1949 I have is I got a tracking no for my purchase S3 advanced from both Paypal and club1949 so no dispute until I have something to dispute about.
Geting a bit feisty in here...is there some 'history' that I am not aware of as a newcomer? At the very least this can be a thread about club1941.com so the main thread can be left to the actual phone.
Yes it seems silly cheap, but there is still that PayPal safety net, which you don't have at dhgate etc. It reminds me of a site called mionbuy.com -cheaper than all the others I could see BUT no PayPal which is why I didn't buy from there. I still cannot see why they would offer PayPal knowing that if everyone complains(which they will in the event of a scam) they won't see any money. Unless they have found a way to defraud people via PayPal-does anyone know if this can be done ?
So who is sticking with it and who is baling?
---------- Post added at 02:01 AM ---------- Previous post was at 01:48 AM ----------
And more to the point, instead of pointing out a site is too cheap , why not scrutinise somewhere like efox which effectively rips people off by simply erasing $, then printing €, and THEN they have the barefaced cheek to charge for shipping! Then you might have no choice to buy an sd card! And people buy from there! Mindboggling.
seems like a pretty honest review to me so well done for scoring a free phone! I'm not bailing just yet as surely we are protected by paypal aren't we?
was surprised to see there is no led notification as thought that was pretty standard these days and also disappointed about the poor camera(expected better) and not so good twin speakers as I chose this phone partly because having 2 speakers must be better than just one! maybe I will bail and change my order to the ecoo aurora also with twin speakers but mounted on the bottom bezel not the rear so should project the sound slightly better, might save another $10 as well

I'm excited that you decided to support the Pixel 3! I would love to help test out and review this item.
I'd love to give it a try. Pixel 3 is the only 'small' phone that's flagship level. But a compromise compared to bigger phones is the battery life. This would be wonderful!
What is the actual capacity of the battery in the case? The Amazon listing says two different things: it's 4700mAh, and it provides "110% charge". The Pixel 3's built-in battery is 2900 or so mAh, 110% of that is 3190 mAh, not 4700.
Will it be a avaliable in Italy?
I would be interested in testing one out. I've been hopeful a battery case for the pixel 3 would come out. I work long hours away from electricity and having an extra battery with me at all times would be great.
I would like to try out this battery case, I've always carried around a battery pack when i know i will be out all day and may need a charge or two throughout . This would be perfect and wouldn't require me to lug around an extra battery pack.
I am more than happy to be able to review this out. Pixel 3 is great but battery life is just not one of them. Looking forward to see if this case could really make Pixel 3 shines.
Hello, long time nexus and pixel user.
Would like to review it.
How much thickness does it add?
nice! would like to test this battery case!
Add me to the list of "I would love to try this battery case out."
It will only be available on Amazon US station, the Amazon does not allow the shipment to the outside US. But you may purchase from our website directly later.

I'd like to test this as well
Definitely interested in this and would love to help review if slots are available.
Would Love to Test
I'd love to be able to help test this product and submit any feedback needed
I've found my P3 battery can't stand up to international travel. Looking forward to a solution.
If slots are still available, I'd love to test and give feedback on the battery case. Tech support for a university usually leaves my battery depleted before the day is done.
Id be interested in testing/reviewing this as well. Thanks
