[Overlay] Disable Mobile Data Notification

Hi All
Today i want to share you all a simple modding file to disable annoyed Mobile Data Notification. Flash in recovery
Test on my Z5D, MM 6.0.1 rooted, deodexed.

It would be nice if you could disable the Sync pop-up message as well when you turn it OFF/ON from the Notification.

I don't know, just try it and see. Backup before flash file.

I use an xposed module called xphoneplus to disable it. I'm using other xposed modules any way.

Xphone plus disables it. It works on 6.0.1. I'm currently using it on stock .575

Work on my M2 2303 5.1.1 nice.

Works on MM beta .238 Z3C (manual install)

Works fine by manual install.
Flashing zip did not work.

It's permanent already mate. It's a easy method. If you don't want to use this method you can edit file TeleService.apk. I've tried to edit TeleService.apk before but it's seem have problem with sim card. It didn't recognize carriers network.

thanks, I just want to try it without using this overlay, but I've tried to use this overlay and it works well .

another xposed module to look into would be notify clean, works for all android notifications.

working on m4 aqua (e2306) 6.0.1
the zip is installing the overlay in /system/oem/overlay
that folder is not used in many roms, the real one is /system/vendor/overlay
that's why is not working in some models

Update:
For Stock Marshmallow users. (If the normal apk installation doesn't work. You need root excess for it.)
1) Download the Samsung Music player from the link below.
2) Download any Root Explorer from Play Store.
3) Now move the downloaded apk file to System/priv-app and set permission to rw-r--r--
4) Reboot your device and enjoy samsung stock music player.

There is an app on Playstore but ive downloaded the apk it installs but shows fc. The apk is 5.0 to 6.0.1 supported.
I browse the data folder and i saw a lib file. Sadly i dont know what to do.

Just install the apk given in the above link. Normal installation for 5.1 and using root explorer for 6.0. It should work.

It's Samsung Stock Music Player which is not available on many of Samsung Phones nowadays and only have Google Music Player. So for those who don't like Google Music Player they can install it.

Error camera is in use
Thanks for the mod. Installed it on my xz. Unfortunately I get the error message "camera is in use by another application try again later" .Set the permissions, deleted cache and data from the camera app ..still the same any idea?

You need patched services.jar (superuser mod) and root of course

All seems to be working here ?
Running RomAur 1.1 just installed latest apk directly.

For people using RomAur Rom: just install the app. No replacing needed with the SemcCamera apk with root browser.

Will this camera work too under these conditions: unlocked bootloader, twrp and androplus-kernel-v04 flashed. No custom ROM installed till now.
Is a parallel install, existing old camera and the new camera from here possible?

Replace it by any file manager, and give it thr right permission.

What is the path where you have to copy the apk from the camera?

I am rooted and xposed installed.. What module should i install to get it working? And i havent read it in the op thats telling xposed is needed.

I don't see any superuser mode module in xposed. Can you post the link please. All i know is superuser for aquiring root.

running CyanogenMod Version 13.0-20150525 UNOFICCIAL -trltevzw
Baseband N910VVRU2BOK3
I just installed Xposed From here: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=105483
after I reboot and open "Xposed installer" I see under the section "Framework" I get "The latest version of Xposed is currently not active. Did you install teh framework and reboot?"
I have rebooted and my log file is empty

Use the xposed link that's in the OP, it's under notes. There you will find the xposed framework, the apk installer and the uninstaller. sdk 23

Yup, if you check my link, you';; see that's what I have installed.
When I check the installer app and click on "Framework" I get this message in red:
Xposed Framework version 86.1 (Custom build by wanam /20160904) is installed, but not active Please check the Logs for details.
I check the logs and it says: "Log is empty"
so I'm confused as to why and what to do next.

Did you install the apk also?

So through the Xposed app I downloaded the wanam for 5.x.x because I didn't see one for my MM CM Rom.
Now when I open Wanam Xposed I see a box that says:
"Samsung rom required your rom doesn't seen to be a Samsung rom. this application doesn't support CM of AOSP roms"
I think I should have another wanam installed but I dont know which one.

No you don't install through the xposed app. Here is what you need to do if you are on marshmallow. First flash this in TWRP http://dl-xda.xposed.info/framework/sdk23/arm/
Then install this like a normal app http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3383776&d=1435601440 (you have to extract the file first)
Then reboot your phone. I got all of this from this page http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
The uninstaller zip is also on there if you ever change your mind. Don't forget to hit the thanks button for rovo89. Hope you get it working now.

Active hidden full theme

Theme with case for RoG 2 ( for rooted)
1. Download and install Root Explorer (RE)

+ Mount r/o to r/w
+ Delete file "hidden"
Reboot.

Why ASUS so hate to us who bought their phone...event in CN ROM we could not have theming option and twin apps to work, they just disable them right away.
