Yea

Yeah. Everytime I wanna play I gotta clear all the running apps and even then sometimes it lags.

F***k Fortnite, them doesn't optimize theyr code... Pixel 2 xl is not a slow phone, they are ridiculous.... Go for pubg...

Would any of you mind sharing the installer?

It's not hard to find. You get it directly from Epic Games

The phone can't handle it. It requires more RAM. Also the game needs to be optimized for better performance. Also Pixel 2 XL isn't the best at gaming. There are other phones out there which do a fsr better job at this

Galaxy Note 3 Upgrade!!!

Hey, Was curious if anyone upgrading to the note 3???? Is it worth the upgrade?? Will it be supported like the note 2 att on here????
Yes, Yes, and Yes
Sent from my GT-N7105 using Tapatalk 4
No not actually. It's not that big of an upgrade. Compare the 2 devices, and do the math... But if you coming from the Note 1... it's a no brainer...
And most likely their going to close the thread because they have a off topic upgrade thread already...

I just wish we had a better gpu I was playing asphalt 8 and it really lags, even on low graphics settings.

Yeah I know what you mean... I'm personally waiting for 64 bit, 1080p screen, 4 gigs+ ram, etc. So I'll stay with the even number devices. GN4 will be my choice!

Depends on what you were expecting. For me not being at least 6" automatically moved it to the not worth it category.
If you game a lot then you may want it since the mali 400 is showing its age in newer games.
I will probably go with the xperia ultra z or wait to see if some mega note 3 comes out later.

Probably it's just server overload as everyone's downloading. Keep trying.
Downloaded and Playing
Downloaded and playing. Make sure to turn the graphics settings to high in game. Mine was defaulted to low.

Ditto on the graphics I thought low was the game was supposed to look. Thankfully I figured it out and now it looks so much better

For those of you who are extreme enough, search for dead trigger 2 ultra high graphics. Haven't tried yet. Sorry can't post link cause the website is full of other paid games. (hint: by chathu)

Ultra high has a slight lag on my stock rooted N7.2 but runs smooth on my One X+.
No lags at all and perfect gameplay on my rooted N7.2 with ButeredFlo ROM and glitch kernel.

How does the fps compare on stock clocks if you lower it to
(WSXGA+) 1680×1050 - 283.02 PPI
Wide SXGA or Wide XGA+ (WSXGA) 1440×900 - 242.59 PPI aka Tesco Hudl
Wide XGA max. (WXGA) 1280×800 - 215.63 PPI - aka Nexus 7 2012
Wide VGA (WVGA) 768×480 - 129.3 PPI

I'm affraid that tegra 3 can't handle new games
Yess i play it lot and it works great on my nexus 7 lollipop
I cannot get the game to run smooth at all on my Nexus 7 2012 edition. Not even the new update got it to play without lag. I love the game on my Samsung Note 3 though. Look for me my name is JeffTheOmega1 and I kick ass too. My KD ratio is 1.5 and my win lose ratio in ctf is 3.1 not bad.

Pixel 2 XL ports?

pixel 3 +XL same hardware?

Is it justified to have two separate forums for rom dev?
What else besides the notch/screen/battery separates these phones? ?
nothing else.

Rhetorical question.. So why 2 different forums to confuse things?
I've no idea why XDA does things that way. It's cleaner I guess but it's a pain when you want to look at both.

I imagine that it has to do more with the customization options because they do use different firmware for each. The Pixel 2 XL had additional steps to unlock the bootloader in spite of the fact that the hardware in the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL was pretty much the same.
