What is Project Treble:
Project Treble basically partitions your device into two separate partitions, a system and a vendor: system contains your generic system image, while vendor partition has your device specific files required for booting and running your phone. This way we can easily change the system image and be able to run our device on different system images with the same kernel and vendor partition
Read more about Project Treble
What's a GSI?:
A GSI literally means Generic System Image. It is a general system image meant for no specific device. Treble enabled devices have the capability to run a GSI. You can find a GSI here: Phh-Treble
Wileyfox Swift hardware vs Treble implementation:
Our Wileyfox Swift is an A-only device. This means that regarding the GSI images (GSI = Generic System Image) to be used, you need to get ARM64 and A-Only system images
How to report bugs:
Logcat, a simple description of the bug, kmsg or dmseg depending on the bug
What's Packaged in the zip:
A boot image (kernel)
A compressed vendor image (real vendor partition)
A treblized LineageOS 15.1 system image
Credits & collaborations:
This work is due to efforts from echelon team founding members that did the full device bring-up. Huge thanks to @mkfssion , @EnesSastim and @beroid for foxy binder for all the help during that bring-up.
Finally, would like to thank everyone involved in helping with testing, coding, debugging & documenting! Enjoy!
And I would give a special thanks to Doop for providing his device for developing!

This project has nothing to do with beroid.
Beroid does not support this treble project
This project was created entirely by Dev4perf

You did a good job, my friend. It's beautiful. We are looking forward to continuing.

I really don't understand why @Onurneymar and others keep on talking badly about @beroid. He does a wonderful job with his crDroid and FoxyKernel. While others keep on creating dozens of Custom Roms without updating them.
Nevertheless, I greatly appreciate this Treble development! Thanks a lot @Dev4Perf!

I am using LineageOS's msm8916 kernel under www.kernel.org's Lisance. And I picked your binder commits etc. You're already in Credits.
Thank you for foxy as extra. Your commits very useful for pie binder.
Thanks

Hi @Dev4Perf
The new treble flashable los zip resolve the issues when using aosp based gsi? So slow when using aosp based rom like DotOS or AOSP Extended. But LOS bases like RR and Havoc, no problem.

Perhaps because the kernel is los based? Maybe we need an aosp based kernel for aosp custom roms? Im not sure since im a noob lol
I have a question @vhick @Dev4Perf. What if i flashed this treble convertion. Will i still be able to flashed any beroids rom such as crdroid w/out flashing the undo-cracklitreble.zip?
I also have a full /system /data /boot backup of @beroid crdroid 4.6, is it possible to restore the full backup without flashing the undo-cracklitreble.zip?
Excellent job dude :highfive: @Dev4Perf

Obviously no. The rom develop by beroid is non-treble one. You will end up a brick or unmounted partitions.

@Myself5 Its awesome to see lineage OS for Z5.
I'll flash it straight away.
Just wanted to thank you and to know it'll work on E6683 (DSDS) variant?
And finally congrats on 'Camera' success ?
Edit : Just tested on E6683 DSDS, Rom is super smooth, camera was perfect.
The only was problem was it didn't support dual sim and sd card.
Not complaining, just giving feedback. Anyways, great work as always.
Thanks a lot! Can I use the device tree to build Mokee Open Source?

1) Sure, not going to stop you.
2) FPC is almost fixed, I just need to do some more tests.
3) vendor blobs can be pulled using the extract-files.sh script.

DSDS requires a different kernel, try this boot.img:
https://dl.myself5.de/sumire/LineageOS/boot_dsds.img
Omg this is great, love you man, finaly something new for our phone
i love you. thats amazing. thank you
@Myself5 how to get a working recovery can't seem to flash a recovery cause of the kernel. Do you have any suggestion how to get a custom kernel working for recovery as well.
Also thanks for this another amazing ROM. All works great the camera, the UI all smooth, except for the mic sensitivity it's a little bit buggy i guess for me.
Can i flash boot.img with flashify?

And you are sure you flashed the dsds boot.img after flashing the ROM?
The Problems you described are exactly what is happening when you are running the row boot.img on a dsds device.
You are our hero  keep it up bro :highfive:
So this boots with the sony stock kernel? Or it uses other device trees?
A quick look (very cursory) suggests the device trees aren't really significantly different.... So basically this has something to do with both sony stock and lineage being caf based or..? (sorry just trying to understand what happened )
Basically the stock kernel doesn't boot with any other AOSP based rom.. So, there's more to this than just the device trees and the kernel right?

These are using the stock kernel in combinition with the stock vendor blobs (thats the key thing for the camera) and CAF HALs. It's going to work with every CAF compatible ROM out there (Carbon CAF bringup is in the works for example).

I was randomly browsing through our Little beast a.k.a (Armani)forum on XDA.
On watching this thread, firstly I rubbed my eyes and pinched myself, finally realising that I am not dreaming, but still I couldn't believe what did my eyes saw and kept staring on the thread.. ????
Feeling excited for our little beast!!?
It is resurrecting itself just like a phoenix which rises itself from the ashes.. :good::
I don't know what to say, just feeling awesome.. ??
(Although we cannot imagine how much they tirelessly toiled to get this working)
But thank you very much to all the developers for giving this feeling of awe, excitement and awesomeness to the owners of

Feeling excited for our little beast!!
It is resurrecting itself just like a phoenix which rises itself from the ashes.. :good::
I don't know what to say, just feeling awesome.. ?
(Although we cannot imagine how much they tirelessly toiled to get this working)
But thank you very much to all the developers for giving this feeling of awe, excitement and awesomeness to the owners of

@rupanshji & @Alan Jose, if I install the current build as provided in the OP and then whenever the future builds will arrive, do I need to make a clean flash(wiping everything ) or just dirty flashing will do the work?

AICPAndroid Ice Cold Project
AICP is known by everyone as the "Ice Cold Project" that started on a Desire HD years ago (2012) and since then has evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community that you can find!!!
Until Android Lollipop, the ROM has always been based on AOKP. Unfortunately, since AOKP stopped development (but made a comeback later), we changed our base to CM.With the re-brand of CM to LineageOS (LOS) we became LineageOS based with some tweaks from AOSP and we are now based on the "Ground Zero Open Source Project" (GZOSP) for Android Pie.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them out or the GZOSP team, if it concerns their code base. This ROM isn't GZOSP supported, so there is no need to report errors/bugs to them!!
Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* We are not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications and if
* you point the finger at us for messing up your device, we will laugh at you. Hard & a lot.
*
*/
In the beginning we would like to thank:
GZOSP team
LineageOS & CM (R.I.P.) team @maxwen and the rest of the OmniRom team
DU team

PIE-h930/h93210-h930
-The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android Pie. You don't need to install any Add-on's, simply download the latest ROM, GApps, flash it and go!
If you want the device to run the ROM "rooted", you can flash a root solution of your choice after the ROM Zipfile.
-It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug.
-If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution should be flashed together with every OTA update (= ROM Update)

Bugs on Android 10 and their solution:
1. Hotspot only works on open i.e. no security
2. Wifi may or May not work for you
If it doesn't work then try:-
1. Flash oreo modem
2. If oreo modem doesn't work then use this fix: https://t.me/LGV30U/150
even both these steps may not fix the wifi for some.
3. Recent Google Maps doesn't work, use Google maps go or older google maps version like 10 or .84
4. Google chrome works only on Gapps with Webview patched like Nikgapps
5. Doesn't work on H932 yet, no workaround for that.

You need to use gcam the one built into rom doesn't work.
Finally butter smoothness!!
I've been using it for about 24 hours now and I really like it. With all of my usual apps installed, I'm not experiencing any lag that I experience with other ROMs. So far so good. ME LIKEY!!

@tech_infinity, I've linked this list in my ROOT STICKY GUIDE to let people know before they update to stock Pie just to run Android 10 ROMs -- then wish they hadn't, because for now they may still want to run LOS-16 ROMs? If you are keeping an updated list of issues/solutions besides here, let me know and I'll link that instead.
I know no one reads sticky guides anyway, but still we can't say we didn't try to tell them.

You can always replicate it somewhere else if you wish, and I'll change the link to wherever you want.
This thread is fine -- but some day you may wish to start a dedicated "Android 10" ROMs Tips/Guide thread. That is the future and while I can answer some general ROM questions, you are the expert on various V30 custom ROMs.

Yeah that's a good idea, thought had crossed my mind especially with so many people using aosp ROMs with incorrect firmware or incorrect kernel then reporting problems.
Haha, far from an expert but I try. Thanks :fingers-crossed:

I'll also keep a post exclusively about bugs on that thread and then you can link that:fingers-crossed:
