That's funny. I've had VoLTE and VoWIFI working ever since I bought the phone, back in April.

Does onplus3 support volte in india ?

Sorry for this stupid thread..
I just need to confirm that does volte support (R-JIO SIM) in indian 1+3?
Thread will delete when i confirm ..
Thanks in advance
Yes, it does.
As per my info it has enough hardware to support VoLte... Wait for the software ota updates.. They are working on it... At present you need to install third party software for the Volte feature...
Yes, it does.
We've posted a review where we make a VoLTE call on R-Jio.

The needed VoLTE patch concerning Jio won't be included in HTC__J15..
You might be lucky if Android 7 Nougat brings VoLTE native support..

Which firmware supports volte natively? Im S-OFF and tried US-unlocked and T-mobile with no success.
I have the same provider (reliance jio) as the OP.

The above-mentioned VoLTE related patch for Jio carrier may be included [by hTc] into .400 region ROM update only.. isn't that something obvious..?

I own a Taiwan HTC 10 model. When it received a VOLTE firmware update and still jio didn't work, i found out volte is a regional thing. So until Indian firmware is updated to support Indian VOLTE service providers, you don't have a choice but to run using the jio4gvoice

And HTC India still hasn't pushed an update for Indian users? This is unbelievable. I don't think it'll ever happen.
Provide with HTC 10 engineering code, activating VOLTE is possible, I just need the Engineering code.
Guys did you find any solution to the problem of no VOLTE on dubai version of HTC 10?

You can check here the latest update.
https://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-G9880/BRI/doc.html
Just change BRI to TGY or CHC if you want to check latest updates of Hong Kong or China CSC respectively.
Hmmm I need to change my CSC back to BRI as now they have 5G and better carrier aggregation.. but no method currently works. What a pain stuck on TGY
Same problem here...stuck on tgy too...if youll find a solution please let me know.

I use TGY as I get WiFi calling, VoLTE and caller Spam ID. I'm currently on TGY but I have flash the latest BRI software.

You mean you have g9880 hong kong TGY variant. But you flashed BRI firmware on that?
If yes then can you please tell
Before flashing BRI firmware, were you getting wifi calling, volte & caller spam id? Or you got these after flashing BRI firmware?

Thanks.. One more question. Does it have built-in call recording?
Any bloatware?
Actually, i am in india and want to buy hong kong variant as everyone saying its best. But curious about volte & wifi calling whether it will work in India or not. I haven’t found any person in India who use g9880[emoji3525]

There is no bloatware whatsoever on this model. This model does support WiFi calling and VoLTE but its whether your Service Provider supports it. There is no in call recording app native.
I have the S20+ Hong Kong version with the TGY csc, but I cannot get volte and vowifi to work. I am on Orange Romania and I know for a fact that my carrier does support these 2 features. I even have the option to turn them on in settings, but they do not do anything. As for 5g, this phone doesn't have the bands used in my country, nor the mmwave hardware so guess I'll never have it. But is there anything I can do to get volte and vowifi working?

If you are getting volte option in settings then you just need sim of operator which supports volte feature. Like I'm in India. If i do not have volte feature in my phone then I cannot make calls to anyone with my Jio sim(operator- Jio). But there are other operators like Vodafone, Airtel. These also support volte but also work without volte

Hi back... Any clue?

Question in xperia 10 mark III,which rom has working volte?

in xperia 10 mark III,which rom has working volte?
XQ-BT52_Customized HK_62.0.A.3.56
XQ-BT52_Customized SEA_62.0.A.3.56
XQ-BT52_Vodafone LC Not Net Locked_62.0.A.3.70
These rom above, I don't find volte option. My phone is development board
So my sim card can't be used in China.
Hope for help.
Thanks!
With XQ-BT52_Customized EEA_62.0.A.3.70 both VoLTE and VoWIFI are working with my provider here in Germany.
If you should want to use a ROM from another region, you will probably need to modify some config files to enable VoLTE for your own provider. There are some instructions out here...

Hi
Have you updated to 62.0.A.3.131? I have tried HK, SEA and EEA of 62.0.A.3.131 and I don't get the VoLTE toggle switch on any of them.
Thanks
I have now tried firmware version 62.0.A.3.131 of the following variants on my Sony Xperia 10 III XQ-BT52 and not got IMS to register or the VoLTE option to show on 2 different operators. Makes me think Sony must have locked it out somewhere else, especially seeing as Vodafone UK sell the 10 III, offer VoLTE and provide instructions showing how to turn it on.

Question WiFi Calling and VoLTE on OOS 12.0.0.0

After updating to OOS 12.0.0.0 WiFi Calling and VoLTE are gone. Does anyone also have this problem? has someone been able to fix it?
I feel differently - WiFi calling and volte started working after update (EU version). I did factory reset after update.

this is a known problem
For me, VoWifi is working but VoLTE and 5G is not.
OnePlus logkit is not working anymore.
*#*#4636#*#* is not working either.
Since codebase merged with ColorOS, EngineeringMode is changed to *#899# but it has limitation (login required) now.
Maybe we can open it with setprop persist.sys.adb.engineermode 1 but root is required.
5G test switch is *#54794824#
In NL I got the following results upgrading from OOS 11 to 12 without factory reset:
* OOS11:
5G for both KPN and Vodafone NL
VoLTE+VoWiFi for both KPN and Vodafone NL
* OOS12:
VoWiFi for Vodafone NL
VoLTE for both KPN and Vodafone NL
VoWiFi for KPN
5G, also both KPN and Vodafone NL

I didn't find a way for direct contact, so I reply you here. Do you now any way to use qpsp on op9 pro? I just moved from color os to oxygen (after doing it the other way around) and I just have asian bands, so I want to re enable the ones I lost during the change (and enable 5G also)
here i´m to wait for this..
is there any way to activate volte provision (grey out) on OOS12/ColorOS12? tried installing the old logkit apk but it says conflict with an existing package and reboot to FTM does only reboot to the OS.
Was anyone able to do this without factory reset? I don't want to loose everything

only solution right now for A12 for carriers with Volte not working by default is to root the device and flash a module to activate the Volte.
