Hey guys, I really love dark themes but it's really hard to find one that you like. So here Im sharing my personal favorite setup of a dark theme for the stock emui users.
If you are on a rom try out omni rom as it has cool themes.
So for the theme use 'Line-Art EMUI 8/5 theme' from playstore.
But the icons that come with it aren't that good so I use 'UX S9 Black Amoled Icon Pack' from playstore. Use a custom launcher like nova launcher to use the icon pack.
I used to use Gboard but I found out that the SwiftKey Keyboard that comes pre-installed has a cool dark theme so I switched.
For the wallpaper I'll link it below or use some other one that matches.

Is there a ROM that has a white/light theme for Nexus 4? Stock Google is black-ish UI but I prefer something that is light. Anybody have any suggestions?

Best option is to find a theme that is light, and use on a custom ROM with theme chooser.
Here's a thread with a bunch of themes
Search in that thread for chromium, santoyu, and miui v5 concept. There's not many light themes and also the ones that are available can have black text on black background issues.
U can also checkout the Gnex themes they have nice ones also that i have used on my N4

They are up to 17 themes now, some better than others of course, but it is a nice effort anyway. I am using the Dragon Dynasty theme now - think it looks really good and makes my zenfone stand out from all the iphones and xperia that I see most people using here in Japan. One thing I would like ASUS to add is the ability to have more control over which aspects of the theme you want to use - wallpaper (home and lock), app drawer button and page dots, icons, notification shade and quuck settings. Some of the themes have some nice wallpapers or icons, but not so good in other aspects.

Another bunch of themes added by ASUS. No wonder they can't fix bugs or sort out a 5.1 update - they are too busy making these themes!
Ink, Starlight, Ocean and Autumn. There's also a cutesy character one but I didn't download that.
As I need to kill some time in between waiting for CyanogenMod/LineageOS to compile, I wanted to take up theming.
Instead of just randomly making a theme and throwing it out into the wilderness, I wanted to develop a theme that people would actually enjoy to use.
So, what theme would you like to see for the Huawei theme engine (and perhaps LineageOS theme engine, once we get the ROM released as stable)?

Flat theme
EMUI5 Theme
Futuristic theme
Sherlock theme? (Although movie-based themes are usually quite naff)
Do you think you can adjust the blur effect? The Stock Huawei status bar has already Blur, but not as in IOS: P Is it possible? btw. emui5 theme already exist

Guys, I search themes with cured icons, but I have lost too hours without obtain what I need. For the moment I use official Limitless theme, but I have noticed that Instagram icon (for example) is ugly. Icons are a little bit to small, not like old ported theme, but the proportions are not perfect like the other brands. So, I'm searching themes with beatiful icons, with a decent Instagram icon, maybe with Gapps with white curved icon, like Huawei has did with his new flagship, or simply a theme with cured icons. I've tried Multirom theme, but for me a lot of icons are too ugly. We can try to collect here the best icon themes that we found. What do you think? I usually maintain the original theme, and customize only the icons, so for me isn't important if theme is good or not, for me are the icons the important things.
