Pretty much the same. Both Pixel Experience (PE) and Pixel Experience Extended (PEX) have pure stock android that Google Pixel devices user have it and brings all pixel goodies like launcher, icon, system apps, font, and animation as well.
PEX is build on top of official PE which came with a lot of AOSP customization stuff from status bar, lock screen, button, navigation, animation and many more like in most popular AOSP ROM (Lineage OS, RR, AEX) that official PE don't have.
For who love, prefer stock pixel experience with additional customization stuff, go to PEX.

[Q] Lollipop AOSP Based Roms that has hide apps ability

Are there any AOSP Based Rom (Lollipop & D855) that has the ability to hide apps on their main launcher/Google Now Launcher (GNL is better)? I really love the smoothness and style of AOSP Based Roms, but this is the only feature that is keeping me away from flashing it. I hate seeing so many apps on my drawer (e.g. Google Settings). I would love to see this feature coming to AOSP Based Roms in the future. Or if anybody knows, please feel free to tell me. Thank you.

AOSP Navbar on 8.1?

Hey all,
I was wondering if it's possible to get the AOSP navbar (With just the outlines) on the Pixel XL, running 8.1. I have tried a few OMS overlays, and although they work, the icons are tiny with the Google assistant ring around the home button. Is there any way around this?
Thanks!

Lag with swipe up app drawes

Does anyone else experiences a little bit of lag when swiping up to open the app drawer on their Mi Mix 2?
It's nothing big but I can see the frames drop when swiping up to open the app drawer on basically every launcher and every ROM I'm using.
I've tested this with the Poco Launcher, Nova Launcher, Lean Launcher, Lawnchair and Pixel Launcher on Miui 9, Miui 10, Lineage 15.1, Resurrection Remix and Pixel Experience.
I agree with you. In aosp roms is a lot worse, stutter everywhere. I tried tweaking a lot of stuff in exkernel app with no success

Pie ROM with pixel launcher

Is there any Pie ROM with pixel launcher with option to hide home screen date and weather? Currently I'm on AOSiP 8.1 which has this feature. I really like pixel launcher but I really hate that on most ROM's user is forced to use default date and weather widget. It's the only thing which holds me back to change my Oreo to Pie.

realme UI 2.0 for Redmi note 5 pro

Hi there,
i recently saw many videos of new UI of Realme named Realme 2.0. and i noticed that this ROM has best features of OnePlus Oxygen OS (Customizaion Menu), Samsungs OneUI (Notification Shade), & MIUI lockscreen theme and menus. Even the stock launcher has so many features like Oxygen OS (icon customisation, icon shapes, icon Packs) and also gesture to organise home screen icons like MIUI's shake to arrange home screen icons.
i eagerly waiting to have developers to develop realme UI for redmi phones. As it has combination of OxygenOs, OneUI, MIUI. i think it will be a great option who seems stock Android as bored and searching for some feature rich UI other than MIUI.
