Have you wipe cache,dalvik,system,data properly.
Anyone else facing this issue?
The rom is superb.
Just want the dev to do one thing i.e. either change default launcher to google pixel or add more customisation options on the quickstep launcher like icon size and swipe left on home screen for google feed.
Rest i think that everything is working great on this rom.

The fingerprint swipe is just empty inside.
Please add Pixel launcher 3 as default.
Edit - Also Notification tone Ping is missing, :victory:. I use it alternative for Apple's ting notification.

Yes i wiped those partitions. I think it has something to do with different panels used in some devices. Anyways, with custom kernel it booted and i liked it. Fantastic job :good:

I think it is mentioned in the OP to use nano or nano+ gapps only.. and nano doesn't come with the launcher.. I guess..

I must say, this is one of the best ROMs I've tried on M1.:good::good:
It is stable enough and has so many customization options.. just 1 request for now.. please change the launcher.. BTW.. why is it still unofficial?

What is a LogCat?
A "LogCat" is for debugging applications / Android system. When applications / Android crash the output the "explanation" for the crash, the Exception Stacktrace, to a Log. This log can be saved and help developers to fix the crash.
What is it supposed to do?
It will help to solve your questions, if your asked for a LogCat it is always useful.
How can I get a LogCat?

Install your device driver for using adb. Everything you need will you find here
Download adb executable for your OS (Download: Windows | Linux | Mac). Paste it somewhere.
Connect your android device.
Verify if "Settings > Developer options > USB debugging" is checked, if not, simply check it.
Open a command prompt (windows) or terminal (linux / mac). How to do it: On Windows: windows + r > enter "cmd" (without quotes) > click enter | On Linux: You don't know how to open a terminal? LOL | On Mac: Type Terminal into Spotlight and open it
CD to the directory where the adb executable is located. On Windows: Go to the directory where you downloaded the adb executable, Shift+Right Click and select "Open Console" (or similar) | On Linux / Mac: Rightclick in the directory and select "Open Terminal here" (or simply CD into the directory)
Type in your cmd/terminal: adb devices to verify your device is properly connected.
If your device is properly selected, type in adb logcat to show the mighty and magic logcat aka stacktrace.
Reproduce your error (or whatever) on your device.
Right after, paste the whole cmd / terminal window into a paste-service like [url]http://pastebin.com/[/url] and send it to us.

Nope. They can't be fixed without proper source code from mtk. But video recording is working with camu or footej camera app.

This is 3.1.1 right? But maniaxriddler mentioned 3.1.0 in the comment. V3.1.1 doesn't seem to work on my Moto E3 and I couldn't find 3.1.0 online. Do you have any suggestions for how I could flash this ROM, as this TWRP is not working for me?

I have flashed both versions on my Moto e3 power dotos 1.1 & 1.2 WiFi not working and getting wrong Mac address 02:00:00:00:00:00 like this and error is turning wi-fi on but not showing any SSID's so please fix it soon and release v1.3 and waiting for volte also otherwise ROM is very smooth and awesome

See the WiFi bug seems to be your device specific problem. Not a bug in the ROM. Also as I've told time and times again,volte can't be fixed.

WOW this is the most battery friendly Oreo Rom I have tried. 5 hours since full charge and SOT is 2 hours and battery is at 75% . Wheres other roms would be at 50-60%.

Can i ask you question? you're using aosp rom and you have a stock browser, you can use chrome or whatever good 3rd party browser out there...

I prefer it, used it since my note 5 days. Also certain menus on sites are easier to open/highlight compared to other browsers.

Running right know, got error message 7 so I updated TWRP and it worked fine. Animations are a bit jittery but overall awesome rom, will tell if I found any other bugs/issue

- Backup your personal data (Important)
- Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
- Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
- Wipe the System, Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
- Flash the ROM + Gapps Zipfile.
- Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
- Reboot your device.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution should be flashed together with every update (= ROM Update)

Magisk versions higher than 14.0 doesn't require flash on every dirty flash depending on the device, some devices need you to flash it every time, unless your maintainer says otherwise it should be fine

Gestures missing. Gapps bug eont let you detect messages hence cant log in to apps like whatsapp and telegram.
Waiting for stable pixysos with polished ui and features added.

Will be fixed in next update, it doesn't show correct number of bars but data and calls work flawlessly.

Great great ROM. Getting really good battery backup and performance is much better than pie. All functions working flawlessly. Kudos to the developer.
Hi, sorry for being a noob but which gapps do i use for the non-gapps variant? open gapps doesn't let me download the 10 gapps and I am skeptical of the other gapps packages online.
Also, just a little off-topic question, I seem to not get mobile data working on the ROM (any custom ROM for that matter) even after setting the proper APN settings, what could be the reason?

Updating through the built in bliss updater gave me this message and the device didn't boot up

Probably u did something that triggered it and also updater support is added from last build nd if it was too old one then not gonna work.
We all updated using Updater from last build only

OpenGapps are still at beta stages so their website will never show until its stable meanwhile u can use Bitgapps which we all use to and recommend the same without issues
Regarding mobile data does RIL work ? reflash vendor and see if that fixes if RIL works fine

I just downloaded the update and rebooted the device. Nothing else.

Got it, thanks!
I did flash the stock ROM (.88 vendor) and the data connect and then follow the guide to install a custom ROM and then the data works.
If I switch from a ROM to other ROM the data won't work for some reason, I have to flash stock and make sure the data is turned on atleast once for it to work in the ROM flashed subsequently.
It's a weird issue but it works so I don't mind.

Hello, I don't mean to ask for ETA but I was just intrigued so to ask if you plan to update the gapps build? I see the gapps build is still on 0916 whereas the gappless ones are on 1009, also is are there any change logs? I am 0916 gapp build and just want to be sure.

Thank you very much for the support you guys have provided. So far, the ROM has been amazing. Battery life is amazing. I can get 3 hours screen on time and almost 7 hours on standby in 50%. Well, I could have got even better battery backup but according to accubattery, I have only 2540 mAh left of the 3300mAh.

Hello sir. Appreciate your efforts for supporting Asus community. Need answers before I switch over to Bliss Android 10 for my Asus 5z
1. Is there a stock Camera app? If no which is the best alternative camera app.
2. Does this have Dual SIM 4G option? In stock rom this is present under Settings>Network>SIM Card
3. Does it have call record enabled in phone dialer?
