Installation Steps:
NOTE: oem must be switched on
* Download and install ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your computer.
* Extract my file to the desktop to an empty folder.
* Turn your phone off.
* press Volume up+ Power button
* Then connect your phone to the computer with a USB cable.
* Run Pixel Experience for GM4G.bat
*Finish the installation and restart the device

Step # 1 : Download Rom.
Step # 2 : Enter recovery mode by pressing Vol- + Power Button.

does not seem to work
I followed the instructions given in the OP, it does not seem to work. After installing the ROM via TWRP, I rebooted the phone. The LG logo appeared for less than a second, then the screen went black and stayed black for at least 10 minutes while plugged into charger.
this is how to guidee fix bricked stuck at boot logo after flash vbmeta.img

* fastboot firmware last used
* miflash

* extract firmware and loking for file ( FLASH_ALL.BAT ) - open with notepad++ or else
* edit or remove this line and save

* open miflash and go to fastboot mode on your devices
* load the folder on miflash select ( FLASH ALL AND LOCKED
