Hello coding gurus/ android masters,
I bought a nokia 8.1 expecting to use teamviewer to remote control it from a pc. To my fate, teamviewer is not allowed on Nokia phones. There is no way Nokia will allow them because their staff is reckless as hell. And teamviewer says its Nokia's decision to allow any app.
I got to know if I get my phone rooted , I might get the screen controls apps working. Is that true? where can i find the custom ROM for Nokia 8.1?
Is there any other app that can run on Nokia 8.1 for screen control without going through the rooting hastle?
I would thank if anyone can help me with this.

I use Teamviewer on my PC/linux computers a lot. I actually use it to control my HTPC at home with my tablet or netbook. Its a great program and its free too. Now they came up with a way to control your phone with your computer. Download the Teamviewer QS app on your phone and install the teamviewer application on your computer. The video below has a tutorial on it. Its still a little laggy performance wise, but still fun to play around with. Only works with Samsung devices at the moment.

You could get the slow insider build and the android app, and you may be able to play, but chances are it'll crash a lot. I've been impressed with how well android apps work on W10M, but they're still unstable in my experience. I suggest waiting for official support in early 2016.

You can look as Microsoft make apps for Android and iOS.

Hello guys, I purchased XIAOMI 4a smart TV, inbuilt patchwall UI is no doubt good for general purpose, but when you want to play games and do many things like doing on smartphone, it is not upto the mark for me. I want Remix os as an option for this TV.
There is Bluetooth drivers folder in root directory but you can't use Bluetooth in it. (Intentionally not provided)

You can't create wifi hotspot.
And many more.....
Also if someone can give me ideas to emulate touch via Xbox controller, it would be great help.

I tried to install Google play store TV , Google account manager, play services, and service framework. Everything installed but after opening play store it gets force closed each time.
