If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you, Team Resurrection Remix and me quite some time.
Download the Catlog app from the Play Store.
There is also a donate version which you can purchase to show appreciation.
After downloading the Catlog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into Catlog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.

The screen recording system is incomplete, and can record up to 720p + instead of 1080p or 1080p +.
When opening a game, I am unable to pull the navigation bar or notifications tab. So I have to give a "Ok Google" or hold the power button to exit.
Add:
You could also replace the camera app by the current apk from Pixel 3 to Mi 8. Swap the messaging app and phone dialer by the latest from Google as well.

Nav bar and status bar pulling works just fine for me.
I don't know why some people have that bug but others don't.
I won't replace any apps, install the ones you want by yourself.

Yap indeed I don't think placing Gcam is a good thing because it's always tricky to update as you have to delete the Gcam system installation and then make update

Do not have any problems with the Games navigation bar? I only had the broadcast portion of the CubeTV app. Already in games, I have with the navigation bar and notifications tab.
What about the screen recording? The maximum quality for me is 720p +.

I deactivated the advanced restart, and when I press the reset button in the power menu, a warning popup appears to me. There is a button that directs the settings, but it is not working. It crashes!

Yeah please as I don't use jio sim so I can't say anything about volte

I only miss some more personalization for hw buttons... can only assign a few default actions, but not something more I usually need (double press for showing volume panel, power menu etc).
and if I enable the virtual navbar, I can't assign any custom actions to the virtual buttons... strange
btw will use quick tiles instead for such actions for now
other thing, there is no direct wake up with fingerprint touch without turning on the screen first, this feature was added in cm13 I think but if not other roms like aicp have included it, could you?

There is direct wake up with fingerprint I have tested that and it works well!!!

Read this before telling everyone something is broken!
1. Android Pay isn't working!! What do I do?
Go into Magisk settings and toggle on the "Hide Magisk" option. Then try again. Also, I've found once in a great while, even with this enabled, it will say it failed - if this happens, just try again...it'll work.
2. It's bootlooping after flashing ROM with Magisk - now what?
Don't flash Magisk until you have already booted into the new AquariOS build at least once. If that wasn't your issue, sometimes Substratum overlays can cause bootloops. If you have anything applied, flash the SubstratumRescue zip from your substratum directory
3. Why is the built-in System Theme section greyed-out (background, accent, & fonts)?
When the Substratum app is installed, this section will become inaccessible in order to prevent conflicts. You CANNOT use them both at once!
Reporting a bug?
See how to do so here:
BEFORE REPORTING A BUG:
1. Flash the SubstratumRescue zip and see if your issue is still there.
2. If you have flashed a custom kernel or ANY OTHER MODs, delete 'data/system/packages_cache' then wipe dalvik/cache, and flash AquariOS again WITHOUT any additional modifications/custom kernel.
3. Check to see if your issue persists.
*Do NOT even bother reporting an issue if you have dirty-flashed AquariOS over some other ROM! We WILL be able to tell!
Logs are crucial to resolving almost any kind of issue. You need to provide a log in order for the issue to be addressed. Please also include info on how to reproduce the reported bug if possible (maybe even take a screen recording for us ).
If you need a log extracting app, try out CatLog!
Either save your log locally and share it, or paste your log into an online code sharing tool like hastebin.com - then share the URL after hitting the SAVE icon.

I have been running this rom since release with magisk installed and I have no problems with the wifi not connecting. I have not experienced any major problems yet .

So I was having a problem with WiFi as well. I installed the latest Flash kernel, then Magisk 17.2, everything is working now.

Odd, the ONLY problem I've had with this rom is apn settings are not customizable. I have the settings on my phone for my provider. But they are unable to be edited. Even with third party apps.
And one minor reboot.
But the wifi doesn't have that issue for me.

Are you sure? I'm rooted with the newest magisk via the newest twrp and everything is golden.

and you being on a different kernel might fix it for you.

for me wifi is connecting randomly and works until disconnected, then have to wait on magic moment to occur again. Ex/flash kernel + magisk 17.2
everything else works fine.
only thing needed is more quick setting tiles (sound, caffeine, nfc etc.) and double tab navbar for screen off option if possible

it has google cam already instaled. if not just sideload the apk or download from Play Store.

Make sure you're on latest 19.01.19 build either via ota or website and disable it via system>buttons in settings

What information do you need to implement this feature, and I do my best to provide the information you need.

This build is awesome. Have tried all the pie builds of aosp ROMs but this one have a very good battery optimization I'm very impressed. All the rest I get like 8hrs of battery life whether I use the phone or not but this build I'm up 10hrs and 2.5hrs sot with 57% battery remaining. Wifi, location, pocket detection, ambient display, Facebook ,YouTube , our world game. Thanks dev an great work.

All AOSP ROM do not and will not support VoLTE.

Partial screenshot does not work. even though it makes it feel like it does by letting you select the edges, the screenshot is just a resized full screenshot. I hope this get fixed soon, as I really enjoy this feature!
Update: Screen Record does not work from the power menu, but does via the QS Tile.
Partial screenshot does not work from QS Tile or Button combination. Using the power menu gives a full screenshot every time.
In RR 6, it was possible to trigger partial screenshot in the power menu by holding the button combination at least once from boot. Not anymore :/

If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you, Team Resurrection Remix and me quite some time.
Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.

Just now installed this rom.So far so good.Thankyou so much @thedeadfish59 and Resurrectionremix.Some screenies here.

Tamil language fonts not showing in apps like Telegram,Instapaper and ebook readers.Never encountered this problem in any other pie or nougat roms.Tamil fonts in web pages works as usual in web browsers.Rebooted twice then clean flashed again but no success.In settings>languages>add a language there is no Tamil language.

Thanks @thedeadfish59 that fixes Tamil fonts.

When display off LED notification is working for missed calls only.No Led notifiction for sms.In the other pie roms (AICP,LOS,AOSP) led works for sms only.

it would not be too much to ask that you activate the Google Assistant, it's been a while since I've been waiting for the assistant to reach this ROM, but I see that nothing happens .....

this ROM has problems with gestures, when switching from launcher to "Pixel Launcher", does not appear the option to "activate gestures with one hand", apparently this function works only with trebuchet, please you could fix and promote this function to more launcher's than the "LineageOS"

It seems the weather provider isnt updating. 2 days using and its stuck at 13:11, no matter if i change from OWM to Yahoo, or if i set to update hourly.
Forcing refresh does nothing.
Using omnijaws.
Edit: seems like yahoo is Broken but OWM works, If you hit the Weather tile.
Also, even tho High Precision location is enabled in settings, i had to cicle the tile as well because It was set to sensors only.
Needs to test Energy Saving location to see If It Works too. Nice If It does because Pie never had this option to Begin with.

I am facing issue of sound distortion or no sound .. whenever i turn the equalizersss... it happens for all the equalizers... and all music apps..

Have you tried turning off the equalizer...
this works in my case and on turning on equalizer either no sound or sound distorts,..

Headphone audio works for me with or without equalizer no problem.

Try this:
You only need a root explorer and a file editor. I recommend Solid Explorer or ES file explorer
Go to /system/build.prop
Open the build.prop with note editor.
NOTE: First backup build.prop file just copy the file.
Add the below line to the bottom of the file.

Thanks. I think we don't need D2W, maple's fingerprint is still keeping working when screen off on Los and RR. It's very convenient. I don't want to cost much time to compile the whole rom again only for this substitutable function.

OK, after I tested, the fingerprint seems will switch off to save energy. I will try to add it.

really Resurrection tools have a strong functions for more control in the device , i like it!

I have used for one day. every thing seems work great,but force reboot happened,I think is my sim card,one China mobile One China tele,and CT is no service,after few times reboot,CT can't be recognized.but after this ,everything is working great

With a delay it leaves the state of sleep, during charging it warmed up and hung, not strong heating was observed during use, Perhaps the reason? I used [MODULE] Smali Patcher.
If you do not use various Magisk modules - FDE.AI, then the use is quite stable ..

Phone Reboots itself (not specific time but I guess it's after call )
No Voice in Video Recording
Phone heats up while on charging.
Stock Call recording is not working also 3rd party apps don't record other person
Hope all these will be fixed in next update. Overall performance is good.

Unfortunately his phone was bricked and an update seemed unlikely. However, his device/vendor trees (Lineage-based) are now available and you can always grab them to build one to see if anything's fixed.
As for the phone reboot and overheating issue... I recently discovered that this happens whenever the phone thinks it's not getting enough cellular signal. If you enter a place where cellular signal is good enough that the phone can easily pick up, the reboot and overheating issue will go away.

I am from India and everything working fine for me except my room is not supporting or detecting VoLte, I am on jio network and the problem is it can only call via VoLte please help !!
