Download to your PC free SW named MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition. Create first partition FAT32 and leave free space for second EXT3 or EXT4 partition on end of SD. Then create EXT3 or EXT4 in this free space.

To add to the question of your answer, FAT32 as well as EXT2-3-4 (whichever you choose) have to be primary partitions each.
Next time please stay in Q&A if it´s a question you need answered.
