Help unbrick my phone. PLS

Hi, hope someone can help. First sorry about my english!
This is what I did. I tryed to unroot my phone (get it into repair). I tryed several RUU, and some gave me error 110. Now the phones only start with HTC logo and 4 triangles.
I had Hboot 0.80, suddenly now its 0.83.
I can boot my phone from cammandline (WINDOWS) with the command "fastboot oem boot". And it starts up fully functional. But when reboot or try to flash RUU it shuts down (normal) and boots with the triangles and HTC logo.
Is my phone bricked? Please help!
Best wishes from Norway

I don't think it's bricked. You're seeing life on the screen, so that's positive.
Post the logcat, if it's even able to start. ("adb logcat") and post the results.
The AlphaRev S-OFF hack might be a place to start, I don't know.
It flashes a new HBOOT.
EDIT: Don't post questions on Development boards. It doesn't belong here.
hi dude,
it had the same problem 3 days ago. i tried to unroot my phone and it stopped at the system install process and there was only the screen which you are on at the moment.
so, here's the solution to solve the problem: (dont have time to explain more)
-Search the Forum for the "PB99IMG.IMG" file for the Desire. Download it.
-Copy it to the root of your SD-Card.
-Start the Desire with vol-key-down pressed and power.
-The ZIP-file should start a little menu where you can restore your system.
-Now you should have an unrooted Android 2.1 System running.
-Now just use a normal RUU Exe File to Update to Froyo 2.2. (Shipped ROMS or from Forum)
(if something goes wrong (failure numer, etc.), just try again)
You now have a unrooted Desire with warrenty again.
Works like a Charm....
Thread moved to Q&A.
I have the same problem ( the HTC logo with 4 triangles on the each corner)
But my buttons didn`t respond not the VolDown+power not the back+power
the USB not recognizing the device
maybe other solution ?

HTC DESIRE unroot with RUU 2.3.3 failed

Hi guys.
I know there are several posts already opened about this, but I`ve tried all I read there and nothing worked.
I wanted to send my rooted Desire back for repairs(camera LED broken thanks to a Torch app), and wanted to unroot it before I do.
I`ve read on some posts that u can unroot the phone by running the official Gingerbread 2.3.3 RUU found on htcdev.com (the official RUU), so I downloaded the RUU, installed hTC Sync, installed the Desire`s USB drivers(the same one`s that are required when rooting with Revolutionary).
The RUU started installing, the phone rebooted into the HTC splash screen and the "update" of the RUU started going, both PC and phone showed the cursor of the installing process, and at about 90% the PC gave me an error (update error).
I`ve tried again and again to run the RUU but everytime, it failed. And now, my Desire just won`t boot. I`ve taken the battery out, put it back, turned it on, and the only thing that appers on the screen is the white HTC logo on a black background, with 4 icons in each corner of the screen(looks just like the icon that appears when u plug in the usb cable with USB debugging mode ON).
Volume-down+Power and BACK+Power don`t work anymore, even though I press them, the phone just simply ignores the keys and takes me back to the before mentioned hTC splash screen.
I know this is probably something I did wrong, but if there`s any one kind enough to help me out with this, I`d deeply appreciate it.
Thank you!

It doesn`t say anything.
This is what I do:
1. Take the battery out.
2. Put the battery back in place
3. Try turning phone on using: Volume-down+Power -> the phone doesn`t show anything, it simply takes me to the HTC logo(white HTC logo on black background. It does the same thing if I turn it on using BACK+Power)
If I try running the RUU again, the installer gives me the next message: Error[152]: image update error.
From what I`ve read, this is a radio error which can only be fixed by hTC. Could that be true?
Also, after the RUU gives me the above error, if I unplug the USB cable, the phone shows following:
*************
RUU
Radio_V2 - OK
Splash1 - OK
Recovery - OK
Splash2 - OK
Radio_cust - OK
Bootloader - Bypassed
Userdata - OK
System - Fail-PU
Boot - OK
Partition update fail!
Update fail!

I have the Alpharev CM7 r2 bootloader.
even if it is its covered by htc warranty so don't worry about it
I don`t think it coveres it, as the Alpharev CM7 R2 bootloader still shows.

oh you're still S-OFF?
You're automatically in fastboot when you turn on since your phone is like that so just turn it on, plug it in first flash this and then flash this, Then run the RUU again.
Yes, I`m still S-OFF.
How do I flash them if I can`t access recovery using Volume-down+Power or BACK+Power?
I`ve downloaded the first one, renamed it into PB99IMG.zip, put it on root of SD CARD, turned phone ON and it takes me to the same htc logo screen as before.
LE
Tried with Android Flasher, but it gets stuck when trying to flash the bravo_alphaspl.img that u`ve given me.
So basically, I can`t enter Clockworkmod, I can`t enter the bootloader menu by turning on phone usine Volume-down+Power / Back+Power, and the phone is stuck in the HTC logo, while still S-OFF-ed, also the 2.3.3 official RUU gives me the error at the end of the installing process.
Does anyone have any idea what I could do?
Bortak, one million thanks for the help, patience and the time you`ve wasted.

I have the exact same problem as i_cs_u.
I tried to use an RUU to install 2.3, I have alpharev cm7r2 installed and I get stack on the same step as i_cs_u. I successfully flashed bravo_alphaspl.img with "fastboot boot bravo_alphaspl.img", but which partition do I flash bravo_downgrade.img to?
Flash bravo_downgrade.img and then the RUU.

He probably figured out that he has to use the fastboot flash boot *name of img* command or Android Flasher on that screen with the 4 ! At the corner instead of renaming to PB99IMG and attempting to flash it on the phone.

but i dont know how to do it from fastboot. i need an explaination of the process.

[Solved] Phone stuck at HTC logo

I have a htc desire.. was using ICS rom on it.. decided to go back to stock rom.. downloaded stock RUU for India from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=695667
now stuck at black screen with HTC logo in middle and /!\ on all four corners... followed the following steps
I
nstalled HTC sync on PC (windows vista .. tried with windows XP too)
Tried to flash RUU by double clicking on it..
After some time the phone vibrated a few times when the flashing was going on and then there was an error 110 - Bad RUU or something
Downloaded the RUU again in case the earlier one got corrupted... same error..
searched on xda a lot, tried android flasher to flash stock bravo bootloader.. it was stuck at flashing.. used command prompt to flash bootloader in fast boot.. it showed success but a time period of just 0.217 sec
Tried RUU again, didn't work, same error
tried bravo_downgrade hboot and then RUU, same error
tried bravo_downgrade hboot along with stock bravo hboot and then RUU, same error
thought of going back to custom rom so that atleast I can use the device but no recovery is present.. tried flashing recovery using command prompt .. it showed success but doesn't load. all button combos take to the screen mentioned above.
Tried going through other threads.. same thing is mentioned.. its a factory unlocked phone, unbranded and all..
Any help?
Was able to flash recovery in fastboot and reboot in recovery.. flashed custom rom .. success.. but when rebooted it gets stuck at the same htc logo with /!\ at the corners
It seems that downgrading the hboot is not at all possible... tried flashing the official GB RUU downloaded from HTC developers site.. the phone came alive !!
Hey there, I also have the same problem with a htc desire. I got the phone from a guy, so i don't know how exactly he got into this state. He said that he tried to update something on the telephone when the power went of. And since then the phone is stuck with this Htc logo and the "!" in all 4 corners. I am very new into smartphones so i don' really know what u did when u said that you flashed the official GB RUU. Could you guide me trough this process so i can try it, and see if it works for me too please ? Thank you !

[Q] Need help formy HTC Desire.

Hello,
Is it dead ?
I have the white screen, I can access to hboot menu only.
I can't unlocke it with "HTC_Desire_Unlock_v0.9.5", this program stops with errors : AdbReadEndPointSync (data) returned error 998 ...
If I stay several minutes at Hboot menu, I hear 7 or 8 vibrations.
If I do a "Clear Storage" : it turns off with 7 or 8 vibrations
If I do a flash with a Stock Rom (PB99IMG.ZIP), using a Goldcard, at the stage : "Radio_V2", I have the "Fail-PU" message, at the next stage "Radio Cust", I heard 7 or 8 vibrations then it freezes.
After these vibrations, I have to wait several minutes before accessing to Hboot menu.
Need help
Thanx
My HTC Desire is
Simlocked for Orange France
S-ON
HBOOT:0.93.0001
You have a radio brick. Few phones get fixed from this state. The only thing you can do is flash the RUU endlessly, hoping that it will work eventually.
Thank you very much for your answer,
I've tried the flash several times. I'll do it again.
Could I flash the radio only ? how ?

No, sadly, in this case, you can't flash radio separately.
You can also try other WWE RUUs. Be sure they match your phone.
Hello,
I think that my Desire is really dead.
I tried many times with several RUU, it hangs several hours at 59%.
Now, it has 4 exclamations at the angles (I can't flash stock boot or anything else with fastboot command, because I have "Signature checking failed".
Off course, my Desire is sim locked and S-ON.
I have to find a good mainboard to replace my briked one.
Thank you very much for helping me.
