Unlocked Bootloader Warnning - Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 Guides, News, & Discussion

Is it possible to remove the unlocked bootloader warning shown on reboot by flashing any logo file? If so, where can the file be found?

Need to ask given the limited information you've provided. Is the kernel in the same folder as your fastboot.exe?
I solved the problem. My kernel boot was named boot.img
thanks anyway for the help

Unlocked bootloader warning disappeared

After flashing the newest bootloader and few ROM flashes later, I didn't get the unlocked bootloader warning anymore. It shows the "Google" logo and after a few seconds the unlocked icon at the bottom appears.
What ROM? The ROM zip probably includes bootloader images that replace the warning.

This is because of the XtraFactory Rom. It has files that override the bootloader messages.

Orignal Splash without Unlocked warning

here is the orignal Splash screen of Mi A1 without Unlocked warning.
Remove Unlocked warning by Flashing this Splash zip.
Just flash this zip with TWRP and Bootloader Unlocked warning will gone
1. Removed Unlocked Warning
2. Removed ( Your Device cant checked for Corruption) warning
It has nothing to do with any roms right?
no it's just boot screen
when you flash it you will never get Bootloader unlocked warning on phone startup anymore

Its just a simple file copy, just flash back the stock firmware or copy the the file back if you've made a backup.

If you want to revert back to stock splash screen, you can flash the stock firmware via edl or find the stock splash screen via twrp (I guess there on XDA will have the zip)
@ranjodhricky
could you offer this one in black too, pls.

Thank you very much, great :good::good::good:
Edit: can you remove the unlocked warning ?
i can tell you a simple way for removing unlocked msg just find the .png files of splash.img then there is a .png file with unlocked msg. just edit it with photoshop and then make a splash.img with splash screen creator and flash it with fastboot or make a twrp flashable zip. i've created this splash for my device cause i don't like that unlocked msg so i just share it here for people like me who hated unlocked msg

If you can unlock the bootloader again, I'd guess the flash didn't manage to erase everything.
Normally you'd have to boot and enable OEM unlocking before being able to unlock bootloader.

Did gsi android 10 flash recently?
if the answer is yes
with the bootloader unlocked you must boot twrp and flash stock-repartition.zip
You can now block the bootloader in stock without bootloop

There is another way too. Put your phone in EDL mode (fastboot oem edl) and flash the stock rom again. Even with clear_all_lock option enabled ,your phone won't lock your bootloader. When the phone boots up after flash, and you see the boot screen wait until you see erasing circle, after the second reboot, hold VOL - and power button until you go in fastboot mode. Then on your PC type: fastboot oem lock. The phone will boot up,then it will erase user data ,and you are ready with locked bootloader. I didn't have the stock repartition script ,so that's what i did.

If it works unlocked but not locked, something is modified. Leave it unlocked or flash a complete stock rom.

Probably something failed to flash. I don't know how much error checking the script has. Try again? Take note of the output, looking for warnings and errors.

Root without TWRP?

Is possible to make a patched boot image with magisk manager ? and them flash it ? Obviously unlocked bootloader is needed for flashing. Anyone has tried? Thanks
