I see other pages like Moto G5+ they are discussing from now regarding devs.
Is there any problem related to Mediatek processor.?

Source code isn't available for MTK phones that's why no development. Even if Moto makes the code available, very few people actually try building.
If someone has been able to successfully root the device, please share the System and Boot partition backup made in TWRP. I can try bringing up a ROM.

why are you soo b**hurt.... there is no official section for Lenovo P70. N the questions raised by the members are genuine and valid...If only you have cared to search the forum instead of patronising and reminding both twice the same thing.
Go to official lenovo website and search this os there. If the site shows download link for this os then its OK otherwise it is not supported by lenovo. For more support check Lenovo P70 Manual.
According forum zuk fans eu leak, zuk z2 pro already released zui oreo stabil version ZUI_3.5.243_ST, and i am interesting to porting into my device z2 plus, after cooking the rom, i try to flashing and able to boot up, and almost no issues or bugs, cool, nice and running faster (antutu score pretty excellent).
Features:
Rom originally from zuk z2 pro 128gb
Default language is english
Remove all china apps
Google apps preinstalled
Rearrange home screen icons
Internal storage decrypted

It will not change baseband, internal storage able to decrypted, and it will override your recovery with my unofficial twrp during flashing
Are you from China? Stable zui has released for China. Can you give the update package?

Is there any way I can do this without rooting? If not, what is the most stable ROM that you would recommend me that has this feature?

No you can't. MultiWindow/Split Screen feature is only on ZUI 2.5 (Android 7.0) and above. Update your ROM and go to Setting>Experimental Features>Split screen.
