Honor 7 x BND-AL00 Need Stock official global rom - Honor 7X Questions & Answers

Need help, i have Chinese version model BND-AL00, build number BND-AL00C00B201, i wanna flash the global stock rom and i can't be sure what is the stock ROM that i can use, please advise, thanks.

Is your bootloader unlocked? If not you cant. If yes, then you may search for global rom on firmware finder app. It should be C900 rom

The FF app uses the device model. But you can manually add any model you want to search for.
So try and add Bnd- al00c900
Also try bond-al00c900
.......
But you may be out of luck with that.
I use searched the FF website, there was no C900 firmware for ANY bnd Device listed

I have similar problem but I already flashed custom how to tell??

Debranding Guide China ROM to another variant

Hello guys, i was using bln al10 b172 china firmware. So i decide to change to bll l22 b150, i finally figure out how
the instructions are
1- install "firmware finder" app, search it in google play (by team mt), when installed go to settings of the app (3 dots on the up right app) and enable, installation via system update, a Window appears saying to install huawei firmware finder proxy, press "download addon", and install the apk.
still in settings finally enable "use new firmware base" and "view ota updates".
2- then go to the downloaded addon and open it and follow the instructions...enable wifi proxy...localhost and port 8080...
3- close both apps
4-open firmware finder and find the honor 6x variant ROM you want
i searched BLL-L22 and applied b150 FULL, always apply fullOTA, press the update you want and then " send firmware to updater" (if "download" appears, go to settings and enable those 3 settings i said in the first step) , the firmware finder proxy auto opens, go to settings phone and check updates in default update application Remember keeping those 2 apps opened when you check updates in the huawei update app
5- the selected full ota update appear, download it, in the changelog it says "it will not erase data" BUT IT WILL! so backup first
6- the phone restarts, like a normal update and proceed normal with updating process. I get no errors during flashing
and thats all!, debranding done!
remember having stock recovery and erecovery from huawei!
im pretty sure this will work for any honor 6x variant you have, not only china rom.
Great...thanks buddy.
Few questions-
Does your variant have VOLTE working?
How about the EMUI 5.0 beta for this new version?
Mate, did you get chance to check above or missed anyway.
Once debrandd, arw you facing any issue?
Volte working?
Any other thing or precautions before someone else proceed for the same method?
Hello.
Thanks for the guide but quick question.
Do you have to be rooted or not ?

OK... although I am not sure that I did right, but is tested this.
I have the same version as you, BLN-AL10
I tried with the same BLL-L22C636B150 firmware.
Apparently everything went well, but now my phone says it is a hi6250, BLL-C900B150
Is that OK? How will I know that all my hardware works?
This is a good guide, finally we can get rid of those Chinese bloatwares from the beginning..

Is normal. System is updated perfectly, you can do a factory reset if you want. That not accurate info happens to mostly all firmware finder zips. Hi6250 is the Hisilicon processor the honor 6x (al variants) have. That info is easily edited in the build.prop, is just plain text. You edit and that's all.

Thank you for this info, but... to edit build.prop i need to root the phone, right?
If I root it, I will lose the warranty. furthermore, to root it, I need custom recovery, for that I need the bootloader unlock code.
I cannot get the bootloader unlock code because I get the error message that phone was not used for more than 14 days ...

I can live with the wrong info in about phone... But if you can't you can try unlock the bootloader with DCunlocker and pay 4 eur to get instantly bootloader unlock code.

But I think, that the wrong info will prevent OTA updates for the phone. That would bother me.

Yes, the phone hardware is same and you can install miui indian ROM safely but also remember that it is always safe to stay on stock country ROM.
Also if you return to indian ROM, you will not get miui 10 update

I've bought R6pro CN version with Indian global
Miui installed.
Now when I check my product name
fastboot getvar product
It says - sacura_ India
I must unlock bootloader if I want to get OTA update. Without unlocked bootloader I would brick my phone.
I think that you can install Indian rom only if you unlock bootloader.

Hi Tott
Yes it really is this simple, I'll share the latest link for 4.13 below.
Be warned: The download speed is very slow today as this is a brand new release and everyone is downloading at once.
http://rom.download.nubia.com/Europe/NX659J/V413/NX659J-update.zip
Also, no, bootloader does NOT have to be unlocked.

Hi Sir Sam,
Is there any special technique for me to successfully flash Global ROM in my RM5G CN ROM? Tried this version as well but I'm stuck in 25% and an error message keeps popping up saying that the installation was aborted (something like that). Is there any setting I have to turn on or off for this to work?
I'm currently on CNCommon_v6.23
TIA

The reason its failing is because you have a later version of the rom already.
6.23 is more up to date than 4.13
If you wish to change to a lower rom you would need to flash via the recovery menu.
If it still fails, you can use the fastboot bypass method to install TWRP and flash from there instead.
If you use the bypass method you dont unlock you bootloader. And flashing the official rom via twrp will overwrite twrp after a successful flash. Making it stock once more.

Why in the world would you even flash branded software, what's the reason to do that? What you can do is flash unbranded software with CSC of your choice. You won't be able to downgrade, ever.

Firmware is a software program or set of instructions programmed on a hardware device.
It allows the operation of equipment.
Included here in the rom https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/alioth/
just the firmware https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/firmware/alioth/
If you want to install an AOSP rom and the OP asks for the firmware for example V13.0.5.0.SKHMIXM and you are already on this version or higher, no need to flash it.
