AOSP Extended is an AOSP based ROM which provides stock UI/UX with various customizations features along with the Substratum theme engine. The project has been made by cherry-picking various commits from various other projects. Being based on AOSP it provides a smooth and lag-free experience out of the box. Just realised it doesn't have the annoying camera zoom bug. Finally someone solved that.

is there only 1 carrier display on lock screen even i use double sim ?

I want to know whether mutli touch has been fixed in this rom?

Stock camera has issues.

Thanks for the great work with this ROM, it is very good, fluid everything works fine less photography in watts app, some solution posts not having the zoom thanks

I noticed some glitches with Snap Camera (stock) but with other apps everything is working fine. Snap Camera does not seem to be 100% ready yet on AEX (outdated source code).

btw,i didn't find if there is a VoLTE icon in status bar ?

Great rom so far. Love it. Fast and stable. Only the cam have issues bit works fine with gcam mod.
Now testing battery life.

1) No one said that it is broken, it is just untested, and i won't be able to test without a secondary SIM.
2) I can't test VoLTE too since my operator doesn't support it (well in Italy no one supports it properly tbh)

I'm with last xiaomi.eu 8.4.12 developer. Do I really need to flash the 8.1.4 firmware before flash this rom?

If you want to avoid any possible issue, yes. BUT, it doesn't mean that you won't be able to run this ROM with the newer base, just isn't tested/recommended. Basically, do it at your own risk

I can not find the settings for the LED color in the notifications, I only see the battery posts, thanks

Some bugs,
1) When click on debugging through WiFi = Crash and auto reboot
2)Wifi > Connect to open networks = Crash app
3)when try using search foreach installed apps = crash Pixel Launcher
Clean installing with all wipes

you have to change the application information> notifications. Change one by one.

Thanks and Congrats for Oreo, step by step we are close to stable Oreo, thanks to all the people involved in max's development,
And Otg is not important for me, any other big bug which can interfere with daily usage,

I just installed this, so far I am really liking it even while I am setting up and restoring all my stuff.
OTG is no issue for me, as I only use this Asus to play 1 game.
One issue I have is that Reboot or Reboot to Recovery, whether from the system or from an app, does not work on my phone and just shuts down.
Oh yes, works perfectly with Magisk, latest Canary release build.

If you can, please add bluelight filter too, and wallpaper for lock screen ...

i cant use mobile data in this rom... why???

You need to add APN manually then you can use mobile data.

Download any app for that, you can find that on playstore.
It was giving other issues so i removed night light.

Workaround is just to use the buttons - i.e. longpress the power button to reboot, and the usual buttons for reboot to recovery.

P.S. I found the wallpaper for both Home Screen and Lock Screen, I don't know how I missed it earlier. If I remember the first time it just asked me to select a wallpaper and it automatically applied it to the Home Screen. This time, it asked me where I want to use it, Home or Lock Screen.

I am new to this Moto e5 ecosystem (even though my device is 1 year old). I do have prior knowledge about bootloader,twrp,rooting and custom ROM, because I did that with my previous device,le 1s.
So any help would appreciated.

how to flash?

rom does not start, hangs on the firmware download screen. when removing the log when loading, a lot of errors come out - it is not possible to run adreno gpu driver

I waited 5 minutes and my phone kept loading. I try 2-3 again but nothin change.

update: after 10 minutes, adb was realized device. loading 10m continue, devide was auto reboot and ... kept loading
update: after 1 hour, 2 auto reboot, nothing to use, kept loading. and ... bye bye this rom
