Mirror flip case - Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Accessories

He looks very nice and works very well and quickly.
However, the problem is that it quickly spills the battery when it is permanently used and that particular temes that are in its settings are not adapted for RN7
Mild recommendation. For non-demanding users.

Moto 360 v2 spotted out in the open

It seems (to me) that the release is really close. Flat tire is still present (doesn't matter to me).
I am just afraid that the lug to lug distance is too long, leading to a goofy appearance like the LG G Watch R/Urbane.
http://www.engadget.com/2015/08/22/motorola-moto-360-sequel-spotted/
I like the original better. It really is a goofy look. But still better than the Sony.
I also like the original design. The original 360 will be my last smart watch, personally smart watches are just a fad, looks nice and all but it really doesn't add anything to the android experience.
In fact when flashing Roms it adds nothing but a long draw out experience , factory reset, resyning the watch, making sure I have enough battery left. It takes longer for me to set up my stupid smart watch than my N6.
Above all I hate when people ask me if it's the icrap watch!
I find it looks exactly like the current gen except for the wake button and lugs. I was expecting Moto to upgrade the watch not re-hash it Apple/Samsung style.

Same.
Adding the lugs was a very bad idea, design wise.
All they had to do was improve the build quality, up the specs, and improve the display. That's literally all they had to do to gave me throwing my money at them, like they were big booty strippers.
It seems as though I'll be sticking with the original for a while longer.
Sent from my Nexus 6 using XDA Free mobile app
By adding the lugs I think they wanted to increase acceptance from "regular watch" wearers and increase their customer base. I don't really mind the lugs, but I like the lug-less design a bit more.
The button at 2' o clock is really an improvement, I have big problems with the current button placement when lifting weights and wearing straps and gloves (it gets pushed almost constantly).
What I do hope from Motorola is significantly increased battery life, like tripled or more. And maybe a tiny but powerful speaker

Not really the place for this, but I disagree. I think people want their smartwatches to do too much that the form factor just isn't capable of, but having a notification system on my wrist -- that looks nice -- has changed my phone use a lot. I dig into my pocket WAY less.
As long as it has wireless charging/can use my existing spare 360 docks, claims better battery life and uses an AMOLED screen I'm in. I love the original 360, but the new design is, IMO, just beautiful.
i don't mind the lugs... what moto360 needs is a faster processor and longer battery life
2 different sizes will increase their market share too... the 1st gen moto360 is quite bulky on me
Still got the flat tire.. I'm out this time around.
I think the v2 looks nice with the lugs. But I'll be sporting my v1 since not enough has been improved nor made more appealing.

Gosin active stylus

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Fine-Point-Precision-Stylus-Pen-Gosin-Universal-Pinpoint-Digital-Stylus-for/112742795026
For the last 7 years I've been keeping notes in my mobiles, sometimes with better, sometimes with worse results. My previous device was the Samsung Note 4, after which my note-keeping standards reached new heights. Now that I switched to an LG G6, I tried to find a decent alternative. I tried a simple one, one of those Adonit Jot knockoffs and the results were near perfect, in terms of writing, but the transparent disc at the tip is distracting. My next purchase was a cheap USB-powered active stylus, and it was also perfect, but the need for charging kept me from carrying it with me. So I bought the Gosin.
First of all, its built quality is absolutely great, it feels like an ordinary, good quality pen in terms of weight and materials. Its handling is also identical to a heavy, good pen, which makes writing on screen even more similar to writing on paper. Its main difference is that it's powered by an AAA battery and that makes it very independent. You just have to carry one more spare battery in your bag and you have enough energy for days of writing.
One other feature that actually works is its adjustable power. I tried the stylus on my notorious Xiaomi MiPad and on low power the results were terrible, as usual. When I turned the power on, my writings were actually usable. Keep in mind that the first and most important factor in note taking on mobile devices is the device's Digitizer. A good digitizer can make note taking a whole lot easier. Are there any cons? Just one, the battery cap is plastic, I'd surely prefer a metal one.
Bottom line, this is a great active stylus. It works very well, it feels great in hand and is power independent.
Hello. Can you "actually" write notes comfortably on the G6 with this pen?

Hi, as I said, you can actually write notes on G6 with every stylus, at least those three I have tried. All three were great, I have never missed a single dot. G6's digitizer is very sensitive and works great. The sample I uploaded was all written on a single try and, as you can see, even the finest line has been put on the screen.
The Gosin is great for me because it feels like a real pen in my hand, it uses an AAA battery and has a very fine tip compared to those with a disc on the tip. It's more expensive than other solutions though, so I'd recommend that you first tried a cheap one and if it suits you, then buy the Gosin.
I have had styluses recommended that were as fine tipped as a rolling pin. I could see from your samples it obviously looks great - and isn't a rolling pin - but had to ask. Thank you very much for the review.

mini review

I thought I would do a quick review after using the tab S4 for a couple of days
Design: very very nice. When you first hold it it screams premium. It has a nice heft to it without it being too heavy.
The back is a fingerprint magnet but I have a case so doesn't bother me.
Display: gorgeous display. You won't be disappointed.
Performance: very good. Like most will say I wish they went with 6gb of ram. But everything feels snappy and smooth.
Battery: too early to tell but it's lasted a whole day with heavy use so far.
Speakers: there good and loud and great for watching films etc. But the lack of bass is disappointing when listening to music.
Software: I've never been the biggest fan of Samsung software but they do add some good features and functionality especially on a tablet. It still feels a little bloated and bogged down so I'm looking forward to seeing root on this tablet to debloat it, I think we can still get this thing even smoother and snappier
Camera: I don't really use cameras on a tablet but there ok and will get the job done
S pen: amazing . I love using it and it's very accurate
Annoyances: my main annoyance is the iris scanner. For me it fails to work a lot more than does. I'm not sure if my screen protector is effecting it a little bit, maybe covering it slightly but Its been awful for me so far.
Also the old portrait / landscape inconsistencies with apps crops up sometimes but this is an android issue.
Overall an awesome tablet and the best Android tablet you can buy.

View 20 - Initial impressions

Picked up my 256gb model last night and have set it up today, here in no particular order are my first impressions....
- It looks terrific IMO however it does not feel as nice in the hand as it looks. Close your eyes and it feels like the mirror black OP6T I thinbk. So yes it looks amazing but IMO does feel cheaper in the hand than say a Mate 20 pro or Samsung, to be expected given that it is cheaper I guess!
- Super quick. Feels as quick as the OP6T, M20 pro or Pixel and quicker than a Samsung or LG. Dial down the animations to 0.5x and it really flies.
- The Huawei EMUI issues persist. 3rd party launchers do not work 100% properly in the app switcher or with gestures. Fluid navigation gestures does mitigate some but not all of this. Huawei it seems have fixed this on the latest version of EMUI so hopefully a new version of Magic OS is incoming.
- Screen is very good, I like that it is flat and 1080p is plenty IMO. The pre-applied screen protector is also a nice touch as is the included case..
- Camera, early days so not really tested it yet, the same goes for the battery although it is already evident that standby drain is excellent.
- No Gorilla glass so no idea how durable it will be. I do not use cases so time will tell. Maybe users of previous Honor devices will have an idea on this?
- The LED notification light as on the Mate 20 pro is so small as to be pointless, it is maybe slightly better than than the one on the mate though. This is a shame as of course being an LCD there is no always on Display
So early days but already this thing feels to be bargain and I definitely prefer it to a OP6/6T. In terms of missing features an AOD would be nice and LG have proven a good one is possible on a LCD, wireless charging also but that is reflected in the price so I am good with this. As for the lack of an IP rating this is not something that bothers me on any phone, all I really want is for it to hold up if I get caught out in the rain and I think the view 20 would be fine in this regard.
Just got the phone as well. Quite impressed with it so far. Everything is speedy n smooth. The antutu benchmark gave a surprise result of 307k as well making first on the ranking. The supplied back case kind of masked the eye catching design of the rear though. Going to look for alternative back case.
I would def use a case, as this model does not come with warranty for broken glass. It's all-glass back and it'll scratch in two second if you don't cover it.

Visibility outside?

How the visibility of the phone outside please?
Outstanding.
Coming from a Razer Phone 2, the outside brightness/visibility is on another level.
Having the display set to colorful mode along with auto brightness helps a lot.
Manual brightness doesn't allow for maximum peak brightness.

Hmm many thanks. I have someone on another forum saying the software on this phone is a big letdown. What are your thoughts?

No problem.
"A big letdown" is harsh in my opinion.
People were complaining about third party launcher support, however this seems to have been fixed now.
Personally I use the stock launcher, it's pretty decent.
I have no complaints. It's fast, the screen quality is fantastic, the battery life is the best I've experienced yet.
Gaming is as good as it's going to get on an Android.
The charging is just crazy. When using a 11v PPS charger the device barely warms up.
The speakers are the best I've heard yet, absolutely smashes the Oneplus 8 Pro out of the water.
I could go on and on! I've had it since day 1, since update v4.11 I haven't had any software issues.

Without a case, it's like a bar of soap.
I did get a Nubia clear case with the phone, but this was junk. I used it whilst a better case was being shipped.
I now have an digital camo style case from Aliexpress for £10 and the quality is outstanding, the grip is great (like my previous spigen cases).
A complaint actually, the accidental side touches are annoying.
I always accidentally press on a suggest video within Youtube when I'm watching a video.
The Oneplus 8 Pro has fantastic anti-touch software built in, hopefully Nubia will do something similar.

Hmm thanks. I think the accidental touches would really annoy me, and I wish I could actually see one before buying it ?. But none to see here in the UK.
