Pie update is up for Sprint Tab 4S as well. It downloaded fast but installed slow. I thought it was bricked on the Sprint splash screen so be patient.
Indeed, the first startup took a LONG time for me as well at the stage where it says it's optimizing apps, but shows the count at N/N (ie, all have been done, but it doesn't say "done").
Linux on Dex is downloading an image. YAY! This is what I bought the damned tablet for in the first place; good to finally have it!!

Does Lunux on Dex work? I installed the US Cellular Tab S4 on my T-Mobile S4 and Linux on Dex didn't work.
Its the one feature I want so bad. I am downloading the T-Mobile image now.

I have the pie update on my korean SMT835N but don't see Dex on Linux in the play store. Is there somewhere else I should be looking or do something else?

You need to sign up for the beta or download the latest Linux on Dex beta at apk mirror.

Got my pie update also on T mobile
Any idea if flashing this on top of my SM-T835N would remove Phone App and calling features? I'm on Tmobile Carrier but bought from eBay. Calling works great presently.

There is no phone app on the T-Mobile image. So a fresh flash will remove the feature. I'm unfamiliar with the process to add the phone app.

Long story short I have a Note 2. ROM to JB 4.3. Changed the model in build.prop to SN-N900 and then got the black screen of death on reboot. Did an adb shell and pushed the old build.prop and got it working again. Does anyone know what I may have missed doing so that the phone will work after that change? Trying to get the Gear Manager app by doing the model change in build.prop

Does the Gear app actually work on even a rooted stock ROM...NVM AOSP?
I don't know offhand...but I'd be terribly surprised if it worked any differently than AllShare, in that even rooting your device breaks it.

I do have the app installed, however unlike your image the x/18 installation does not occur. It shows it and then goes away showing just the nfc connection screen. Any thoughts on making this function? I have paranoid android 3.9 rom, jellybean 4.3.
The watch is found by Bluetooth and they connect but then disconnect because I get a, "device unsupported" error.

You're probably SOL outside of a stock unrooted ROM that officially supports the device. Sounds like Samsung indeed coded it like AllShare etc.

You are probably right, but I keep hoping. I was able tonchange the build.prop file to the Note 3 model SM-N9005. I thought that would help, but no.
I've been using the 8.4 for a few days now and while I really enjoy the SideSync feature to sync up my Note 3 phone when it's not on hand, I haven't been able to open a keyboard to actually type anything, respond to a text message etc.
I was wondering if there is anyway to activate a keyboard.

Same here, but I can't get mine to connect without launching the phone app each time
I have to launch the app each time too.
Does your battery on your note 3 not like just drop like a rock? Seems for me when it is connected by wifi direct it just drops like a rock.
I found the solution. I installed a S5 keyboard on my note 3 and it worked after that. I'm running Effortless rom on my t-mobile note 3, that's where I got the keyboard linked below.

Thanks! Working great now. Last question - is it possible for me to install a zip file without having a rooted phone? My note 3 isn't rooted.
To install that particular zip, you need root. It needs to write that keyboard to the system folder which is only writable if you have root

Grabbed the zip and flashed it. But now my Samsung Keyboard isn't working at all - I'm getting a force close whenever it's set as the default.

So has anyone solved this problem of having to launch the app on the phone each time? It'd be much more useful if we can keep the app running on the phone so we don't actually have to physically get the phone in order to use it.
I saw in the ads that we can answer/make calls from sidesync... but when i tried it won't allowed me.. is it just me?

I was told by a samsung sales guy in Best Buy, that for now, only the S5 phone can be used for calls in the ablet in sidesync.
Can someone give me an apk of the launcher?

It works fine for me (on the ROM I pulled it out of at least). It really is that small. OP3T is a 64bit device, I'm not sure whether that matters for apps since they're Java, but that's my first thought about it not working.

I've just built a porting of the app (new version from LAOS 15)
It should work with any android version starting from 5.x

Yay, got the update but it aint working. Quickstar and Task Changer.
Edit: I had to completely uninstall and reinstall everything.
Now all we need is wingfonts to work with A10.

Countries where galaxy store lists Goodluck suite do not need VPN
I encounter some problems after updating all of the apps , I can't get Google now with gestures now when I swipe up , sometimes gestures doesn't work when I'm in a game and cannot get to main screen . Before I made all this updates today everything worked fine so I think there are some cullprits with them
Edit later : the problem is task changer. The only app that I waited so much causing all the problems

Gestures are slightly different with Task Changer running but they all work fine for me. See the images attached for some help. The arrows show the gestures used to launch the different actions.

Review: Initially I noticed minor stutters whenever I swipe the page or launch the app. After wiping the cache from recovery, it fixed the issue! The update isn't major but has some nice features.
Two things to note, there's no Google Discovery nor Object Eraser.

There is an app on PlayStation called Samsung update checker. Download that and install and search for updates and you will find them. I am on the exynos Note 10+ . Cheers!!
Does anyone know if we will get the feature to crop a detail in the picture such as S20/S21 series ?

Not all the improvements of the S21 are activated on the Note 10 + in version UI 3.1
The photo gallery does not have the "delete object" improvements and the menu does not display the "labs tools" option..
