Phone stuck on black screen even soft reset does not work - Nokia 6.1 (2018) Questions & Answers

Hi,
I tried bunch of stupid **** today on my phone to try to update it and now its stuck on black screen. I tried to open recovery mode too but nothing shows up. Just a while ago it was boot looping with android logo and "Your device is unlocked message" but even that stopped now. Is there anything I could do or is this thing dead for good?
P.S. the device does not show up on ./adb devices as well

[Q] phone keep booting itself and stuck at htc logo

Hey there
for some odd reason, when I didnt even touched my phone, and my last time changing a rom was like a month ago,
when I came to open my phone, I saw it was closed, so I tried to open it
when I tried that my phone started to boot normaly, but then got stuck on the htc logo.
Since then it just keeps booting and booting itself to the htc logo again and again.
When I try to go into fastboot mode, it does open the fastboot mode, but it only last a second, and during this second the phone doesnt react to anything I press, and after that second it reboot itself to the htc logo again.
Im really frustrated, I have no idea what is going on.
Please help me fix this..
thanks alot!
well if you cant access bootloader or recovery then its pretty much bricked im afraid

[Q] automatic and continuous reboot

First off: I have an AT&T HTC one X
I am an almost total noob when it comes to this stuff so please bear with me here.
I had my roommate put cyanogenmod onto my phone when I got it and all was well until I moved to Asia and got an unlock code from AT&T to be able to use it over here. The unlock code wouldn't work and I found some stuff online saying that it might be a problem with cyanogenmod. I followed a youtube instruction guide on how to get rid of the mod and everything was going fine until right at the end when I got a windows notification that the RUU had stopped working. I figured I would just do it again, but the actual program itself said it was successful. As I waited for it to reboot and load the roms, it started a loop. The loop is the white screen with the green htc letters for a few seconds and then it goes to a black screen with a phone logo in the middle. Around the phone logo is what looks like a recycling symbol except circular instead of triangular and on the screen portion of the phone logo there is an arrow facing down. I assume this is just telling me I need to actually download some software on the phone, but it won't connect via USB and every time it starts up it says that the drivers were not successfully installed and htc sync manager doesn't recognize that a device is even connected. The loop continued and i tried to boot it back into the fastloader which did nothing. I held down the buttons as if to boot it into fastloader, but this time for about 15 seconds which took me to a battery charging screen and finally ended the loop. I assume(hope) that since it's actually responding to input from the buttons that it's not irreversibly bricked. Is there any way I can get some version of android back on this thing? Any help would be much appreciated
Wrong forum buddy, you belong in the HTC ONE XL forum. Don't use anything from here because you risk a serious brick !

Black screen after LG boot screen

Hi,
Today while browsing my stock LG g4 (h815) suddenly rebooted. It showed the LG boot screen for a while but then ended up with a black screen. The power button does nothing. If I remove and insert the battery the power button works again, but I get the same result.
I can boot to (stock) recovery OK and if I connect it to a pc it shows 100% charge. I tried using recovery to reset everything but no change.
I am on holiday so can't easily send it in for repairs. Any ideas? I do have a Windows tablet pc with me with ADB on it.
Search "bootloop" in G4 forum.
Warranty is the only solution.
But this is not a boot loop? It seems to boot normally and then goes to a black screen, it doesn't reboot. I direct about the boot loop but from the videos I could find it looked like it kept booting.
I guess I was wrong trying to start it today it boot looped a few times before the black screen. Guess I will try disabling the big cores so that I will at least have a phone until I get home.

GT-S5660 stuck in "Downloading..." screen

Hi all,
My phone got stuck on the main Samsung screen so I tried flashing new ROMs with Odin and it always got stuck on the "setup connection" phase. I tried few times and now I can't even get to the download mode, only yellow text "Downloading..." or black screen.
Is there anything I can do to unblock it? I tried removing the battery, waiting, putting battery back, waiting... but nothing. I managed to get out of downloading once but now it's back and I find it even difficult to pass the completely black screen.
Thank you.

TCL U43P6036 (P6046) shuts down at boot before Android logo

Hi everyone,
My parents have a TCL U43P6036 (but hardware says P6046) that keeps shutting down at boot just after the dots animation/before the Android logo.
I don't have a clear backstory of the problems before this but I know the screen started to become darker on a side, there was also a moment when there was no image but the sound was working, and finally this problem of shutting down at boot.
It happens 100% of the time.
I tried a hard reboot but I'm not even sure the buttons under the screen are working for that purpose as there's not clear volume down button (the buttons are like "<", power/menu, ">"). And my attempts at a hard reboot all failed (Android says "error" and just reboots, then the TCL logo shows up and "error" again, etc.)
There's no reset button too, so I can't even try that.
Now I think the next step is trying to flash it but I'm not even sure of the version of Android. The manual says "Android N (7.0), O (8.0) Q3 ‘18 updt" but I don't know what it really says (is the OS Nougat 7 or Oreo 8?). I know some auto updates have been done.
Anyway, I'm stuck and not sure about the real problem here...
Update: tried to flash it but nothing happened at all. The TV starts like usual, then shuts down after the dots animation/before the Android logo... I don't even know if it detected the USB drive...
