Factory reset twice now still have play store glitch out on me any one else

I recently got a one plus 3 but i cant seem to be able to get the google play services to work and the play store won't even open, anyone know what to do?
U got it like this out of the box? Factory reset i would say.
I have a SM-T800 that is totally stock and the Store opens but if I try to open an app to look at it it crashes. I cleared data for the play store and play service. It worked once then started crashing again.
Just wondering if anyone else is having an issue and maybe what can be done about it.
Here's what I've done. Yesterday I installed package disabler pro+, which kinda killed my phone. I didn't disable anything, but the phone froze, and when I rebooted it, it was bootlooping. So I did a factory reset.
Today the play store was bugged. In a brain fart I had, I unisntalled any updates on the Play Services. Then the store bugged, I couldn't do anything, it was only a button with "log in" and couldn't go past that. So I installed apk's from apkmirror for both of them (google play store and services).
Now most of the apps and games I've been using seems not compatible. May this have anything to do with the apk's I installed?
Maybe a factory reset should do the work?

After the new software update RMX1991_11_C.15 on my Chinese realme x2 Google play frequently crashes leaving apps unupdated... anyone else facing this problem and how do I fix it...any help would be appreciated
Also happened to me before, you only have to update google play store not through the app itself but download it from trusted 3rd party sites, just search on google. Note: when you check the app itself it'll say its up to date but it's not. Hope it works for you too.

Also happed with me just clear play store data from setting and then try its worked for me
I don't know why, but Play Store keeps going back to 29.1.10.
