And also the lineage developers group and the developer of davidevinavil or having used their files.
And to developer Kubersharma by Twrp and files.
I bring you a totally stable rom with optimum battery life.
I made minor adjustments, more important to our zuk z2 plus
Do not be surprised by the tutorial a little more extensive so I prefer it for those who install have no problems in the adjustments and let's go to what matters.
Have installed vendor2factory and TWRP 3.2.3

Reboot the TWRP, it anger hang hold the Power button until forced restart
Wait for the ROM to start in the home
Wait for Zuk to cool down and then proceed with the settings
# Install the Magisk Manager 7.2 application, open and finalize the configuration, as soon as it finishes it will start the device
# Proceed with the installation of the applications from 2 to 7
# Log in to the account MI
# Reboot
# Enter TWRP
# Mount System and Vendor
# Install MIUI_MOD_10_9.5.23
# Install FIX_THEMA_1
# Restart
# Open the store and reapply the desired theme
# Reboot
# Enter TWRP
# Mount System and Vendor
# Install FIX_THEMA_2
# Restart
# Enter the store again and reapply the theme Desired, now other themes can be installed normally

NOTE: HAVE INSTALLED factory2vendor.zip and z2_plus_treble-TWRP 3.2.2_Kubersharma_v2
# Wipe system, Wipe data, Wipe cache, Wipe davilk cache, Wipe vendor.
# Install the zip and wait for the installation to finish.
# Restart Twrp, if it crashes do not worry, hold down the power button until the machine reboots and wait for the rom to start.
# The first boot will take a long time to be patient and wait
# As soon as the rom enters the home screen, disable the automatic brightness and adjust the brightness.
# Restart in recovery mode and install Magisk 18.1 and restart
NOTE Do not upgrade the Magisk if the ROM will not present problems.
# Restart in recovery mode again and install the Fix_brightness_MIUI_10_PIE and restart
# Leave Magisk and BriSlider running in the background if you want to make the brightness even higher.
Installing Themes
# Enter the recovery system and vendor install and install the FIX_THEME_1 zip and reboot
# Open the store accept the terms and go in the upper left corner of the screen and import one of the themes that you downloaded remembering that I left themes together in the mega, in case at the time of importing the theme of the error do not worry leave the store.

# Open the camera again in the corner below in the black space of 2 click on the screen will open the option Gcam restore, look for GCAM CONFIG.XML that goes this along with the default configuration just click on the tab and find and ready GCAM CONFIGURED for me best Gcam to our zuk.

you probably didnt follow the instructions properly , flash factorytovendor.zip and treble twrp from OP and then flash the rom ,it will boot .

ok i did that now and at the first boot i saw my screen for a second and it went black , im hearing its on but cant see anything

Go in the light, press power button. Automatic brightness is bugged in the rom. Workaround is given in the post read carefully.

When you boot ins ystem make sure that you are in enough light. Or else if screen goes black press power button while you are in light. Brightness will auto increase then disable auto brightness. & Go for the next step.

No need of extra app. Hotspot does work for me. Go to the hotspot settings and set the mode to default.

Friends battery calibrated first cycle and playing a lot yet this deserves a attention I will try to finalize the remaining bugs here using as a daily ROM

Awesome ROM everything works

Just installed the rom and rom is super smooth and great daily driver already .... Just the brightness bug is there like miui pie which is ruining the rom ... Yes brislider is a life saver but not very handy coz it turns off when screen is turned off so looking forward for a bugless version .... Coz nothing can be better than oxygen is ? great work ... Hats off

Testing this rom from quite some time now and I tested different kernels too and it's giving very good battery backup in every kernel ..... The only thing that is annoying is brightness which is very low for outdoors.... But yes there is a workaround so we have to compromise with brightness until dev find some proper workaround ..... But yes this rom is very beautiful and I'm enjoying some extra features of OnePlus

Yes they work .... But I just encountered a big big....sound come out only through loudspeaker when call not through earpiece
Edit: just Changed to nameless r29 and it's now working

Hello, my friend, who likes rom, I'm working hard on this build, it deserves to correct the missing bugs, I'm using it as my official rom, feel free to give me your feedback

Friends feel free to test different kernels I have set this for better battery and performance and I found it better to close the build with it and I am enjoying the screen time a lot I play a lot.
Until the end of the week I finish the digital fix to unlock with the screen erased, my work is very fast I'm out of time

@jackjt3 can we use kernel 3.18 with this build?

Thanks dev for the reply .... The brightness bugis biggest bug and sometimes earpiece Doesn't work and sometimes it works .... And dev one more thing.... Bubble wrap is good but its has slow charging issue.... So can you plz use lineage kernel in next build .... Thank you

- Security : The security patch has been updated to 2019-09-05.
- Kernel : Default kernel is now CAF kernel with a few changes to improve boot times and the overall user experience. (flashing a custom kernel will revert those changes) and the charge speeds have been restored too from 1800 to 2000.
Bugs:
Audio - the headphone jack MAY not work it works for some users
Audio - some users reported in call audio problems/ mic problems
Bluetooth - Some users have been unable to use Bluetooth for file transfer.
System - System ui sometimes crashes when you log in to fast
CPU - There is a possibility your cpu will get stuck at the 2016 freq this can be fixed using the guide below
GMS - You may not be able to login to chrome etc. till you install the LATEST BETA GMS apk.
USB - You are unable to change the default USB config using your notification settings you can go to settings > developer options> default usb config. to change it in there.
Wallpapers - The live wallpaper picker will now crash by default switch to a static wallpaper as mentioned on older versions and disable the app if you encounter lag or battery drain.
Notes:
- Since i haven't managed to find a GCAM good enough to my comfort my standards yet i recommend you guys to use footej cam from the play store since you can record in 4K too!
- A way to fix the high cpu freq stuck bug is to make a script that runs on boot using either FKM or kernel adiutor and pasting this code from del.dog > https://del.dog/lapucunoqa.shell
when you create a script it should say system/bin or something after that press enter and paste the above code and make sure it runs on boot (ONLY DO THIS IF YOU EXPERIENCE THIS ISSUE CREDITS TO @eternityson FOR THIS FIX)
- To revert the repartition flash any stock version you want using edl you can find guides on how to do that on internet ^-^

Hiyaa welp i havent tried it myself there is someone that succeeded it so feel free to try it do note that if it doesnt work that i recommand clean flashing 10.0.10.0 before asking for help.

for some reason xda keeps reverting the changes link will up in a sec, oh and its semi-stable i would say if you follow the guide everything should be fine beside the mentions bugs and no this is actually the first version of Q 10.r1 from walleye if im right (pixel 2) the system reports Pixel 2 XL because i used those props to pass cts and we get acces to ar stuff etc!

So i have downloaded the ROM ,tried to install it as you said: But then i have an error: Failed to mount vendor (invalid argument) ,right after this error,it says everything done,no need to install any patch,then reboot, but when i hit the reboot to system button,TWRP says : No OS installed. Tried almost everything: Fresh stock installation, tried to flash without formatting the system,tried to change slots.Every try gives me a boot loop,or no OS installed. Any advice?

Ah Hiya can you use edl? you need to download mi flash and boot to fastboot when in fastboot type fastboot oem edl and open mi flash after that select your installer directory (you should be able to get what i mean hopefully >-<) and make sure that you select CLEAN not clean and lock after that boot to twrp and flash repartition after that boot twrp again and flash 2.1 should work that way lemme know!

That was the first thing ,that i did after the first fail, i will try again ,but with different stock rom version and will get back to you

I have found the problem! It is with the Repartition script zip file, i have used another one ,that i was using for flashing beta preview Android Q and it worked from the 1st try, now testing

Switchoff charging pblm issue. And game sound pblm issue in pixel ep fp

When charging phone switch off its show just charging and light is always on.but charging % can't show. When unplugging charging show charging after than press 3 keys to restart the phone... In pixels experience rom
And also problem in game sound is not surf.

Camera 2 API needs to activated from the Stock ROM.
On Stock ROM,
In Developer Settings, find hal3 setting. Turn it on there, then your phone hardware for Camera 2 is enabled.

Yes, I am also experiencing same problem.
There is a noise in the speaker, popping breaking sound. This happens when I am playing a game.

Thanks @PepperShoe :good: .. I'm well aware of that ..since it's also mentioned in the OP.. I need to do it from COS ... But the thing is video calls have isssue... So I intentionally turned off hal3 in dev ops ..
And in this rom I was trying in other ways like editing build.prop and from termux .. nothing seems to work as of now..

Where in dev option , I'm currently on this rom and my snapchat & whatsapp cam is not working

Camera2API
Camera2API is not supported I edited buildprop to enable HAL3 but it doesn't work so after enabling it from stock os and flashing back pixel experience gcam works but front camera becomes obsolete none of the application work after switching to front cam

bug list
After using this rom for more than a week these are the issues I found out
1. fingerprint scanner is slow, inaccurate(sometimes need to touch different part of finger to get it to recognise) but it works.
2. Substratum didn't work, tried different methods but couldn't get it to work.
3. Wireless display doesn't work.
4. "swipe up from home button" is weird, maybe I need to get use to it.
5. Paytm and some other apps doesn't get installed from play store, and you can't side-load paytm, so you need to sacrifice paytm.[FIXED- beta version wasn't working,after opting out of beta programme it worked]
6. Dark Mode doesn't apply in settings menu but it makes the notification panel dark.
7. 4G signals(vodafone) are a bit weaker, not sure, maybe someone else can confirm.[FIXED- needed to change my apn]
Apart from the issues the rom is great, looks lot better than coloros, has many functionalities that coloros didn't have, and it can be used as a daily driver.
Notify me if there is an update to this rom.

beautiful firmware, but there are some serious bugs. screen to freeze on reboot when the bluetooth device is connected. the interface lags a lot when you watch vanced YouTube.and 60% charge per night, with always on, that's a lot

Hi,
I would like to say a big thank you to
manuelbianco and the Descendant team for this great rom,​after trying many other roms, yours stands head and shoulders above the rest.
Like most users, i was searching for a fast, stable and refined rom with the latest security patches,
the Descendant rom nailed it .
I have not found any bugs, but then i don`t use all the bells and whistles that my phone has to offer.
After many dirty flashes of different roms over the Xiaomi.eu A12 rom, i decided to start from a clean install.
Pre-install notes,
With my Bootloader already unlocked,
I copied all the files below, (except Xiaomi.eu V12 rom & TWRP fastboot toolkit) onto a USB memory stick and installed them via a OTG adaptor.
To enter Fastboot mode, hold down the Volume down & power buttons together.
How i installed the rom
1. I started with a clean install of the Xiaomi.eu V12, via Fastboot,
Choosing: windows fastboot first install with data format.Bat,
1a. I installed Xiaomi.eu V12 rom by putting my F3 into Fastboot mode
and running the .bat file above using my PC
2. Reboot the F3 into Fastboot mode and using a PC, install TWRP fastboot toolkit (FIXED)
3. install this Great Rom descendant_alioth-12.0-20211223-0951-RELEASE.zip
4. install OrangeFox recovery,
5. After OFox rebooted into recovery, i installed Magisk-v23.0
Safety net passes without Magisk, if you don`t require Root.
6. in Orangefox, i formatted data, by typing YES and re-booted.
7. after the initial start up and installing all my apps,
i then installed the brilliant Advanced Charging Controller (ACCA) ,
This rom is now my daily driver and for anyone wanting to know how fast this rom is, my AnTuTu score is 709661
Other AnTuTu scores were,
Arrow O/S A12, 679090,
Xiaomi.eu V12-12, 661033,
My Poco F3 is the 8gb/256gb EU version,

Hi I tried to Format data via TWRP and Orange fox but i kept having a error,
installing Xiaomi.eu V12 rom in Fastboot mode and installed using the .bat file via my PC, worked a treat,

One thing i like especially with this rom compared to the Xiaomi.eu V12 is, i have my Samsung watch activated as a Trusted device and no more lock screen errors,
there are so many nice touches in this rom, it would take me all evening to list them,
just try this rom,

All my banking apps work with v.0951 with out Magisk, i will download the latest update and report back is there are any issues with Safety net,
Updated to build 2301,
Banking apps are working as before, (Perfectly)
