Hi everyone,
I'm really happy with this rom (bliss pop 4.0.1), no bugs, except the video with stok camera that I solved by flashing the Kitkat stock camera s4 that I found on the internet, my gt-i9192 is very fast and it has indian firmware and bootloader UAMF9 (Knox free ... Thanks SilviuMik - xda). Thank Bliss pop Team.

unfortunately no,its not possible
Samsung has to release device and kernel resources for developers to make roms for android 5 and above for note 2
and samsung never did it.
reason you are seeing note 5 roms for note 3 is that note 3 had official lollipop update while note 2 didnt had it.
the best that can happen is to port note 5 apps and theming .but touchwiz android 5.0 or 6.0 is not possible for note 2
