The Wallpapers and Ringtones are of course compatible with the S2. You just need to drag and drop them to the appropriate folder in system.
I have not yet tested S-Voice on my S2 but it works on my N2 so I imagine it will work here as well.
The Full System Dump is NOT for flashing to the S2. It is a ZIP of the system folders and is being provided for devs/users to pull specific files and use them as they see fit.
Please do not try flashing the System Dump to your device! I can almost guarantee a brick.

If you want to use s voice you will need lib files....does anybody know if the s4 s voice is any different than the s3 or note 2?
I already have the s3 version for our phones.

It seems a lot cleaner and brighter. The microphone button's animation seems to be broken on the bottom half of the button. A few more options in commands. Other than that mostly the same.

yea, also looking for this, seems like there are 14 (default 1 - 14) stock wallpapers from the note 7 as seen from the Stock wallpapers thread (forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=68792323&postcount=29)
default 4, 6, 8, 10 are the missing ones in every search result
