Samsung Note10+ 5G Dual SIM? - Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Questions & Answers

Hello,
Does anyone know if any of the Samsung Note 10+ 5G variants (Exynos or Qualcomm) will have DUAL SIM capability?
If Yes, SIM1+SIM2 will be 5G+5G or 5G+4G ?
Best regards,
Cho

No dual Sim on the Exynos 5G variants.
I think safe to assume the same for Qualcomm.

[Q] A way to differentiate between Verizon n GSM Version?

Hi friends. Today I am going to buy a GN from someone (craigslist).
I just want to know how to know if it's the GSM version (which is what I want) or the Verizon version.
Scammers are a dime a dozen so I just want to make sure.
THANKS
i515 is Verizon
i9250 is GSM
the Verizon back cover says "Verizon" on it...
the GSM back cover says "Google" on it...
the Verizon box is red inside.
the GSM box is green, blue, red, and yellow inside.
You can put your GSM SIM in the Verizon model and it won't work...
You can put your GSM SIM in the GSM model and it will work...
etc.
Flip it over and pull off the battery cover (assuming you don't see a Verizon logo)

Left: GT-i9250 (GSM)
Right: SCH-i515 (CDMA/LTE)
Also of note is the GSM version uses a full-sized SIM card. The LTE version uses a MicroSIM for the LTE SIM.

Eventually your providers uses different frequencies that exynos chips cannot support (and Note 4 has snapdragon, right?).

[Q] Can't connect to LTE 4G

I have HTC One M8 international version. Currently I'm in Poland and tried Play and Orange sim cards but phone is not connecting to LTE.
I've tried to lock radio to "LTE only" mode and as you can see on screenshot it sees the LTE cells but is not connecting to them.

I've tried different ROMs and Radio firmware. Also I've checked which bands enabled in my phone using QXPD and they are: Band 3 (1800Mhz), Band 7 (2600Mhz), Band 8 (900Mhz) and Band 20 (800Mhz).
So in Poland "Play" and "Orange" (shared LTE with T-Mobile) have their LTE based on 1800Mhz (Band 3), so it should be working on my phone.
Maybe someone had the same problem and can help me.
maybe the sim card isnĀ“t prepaired for lte?
I have two sim cards from vodafone germany and only one card has lte, the other one (for Tablet ect.) with the same contract (multi sim) has only gsm.
Well, I've inserted sim card from the other phone which is connecting to LTE, so it's not an option.
Finally I've found a SIM (Play operator) which is working with my phone. Also I've flashed latest Maximus HD ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2695706).
So still not clear why Orange is not working, seems also a sim card problem.
But it's still not clear what was the cause of LTE 4G not working: radio firmware or rom. But it's clear that sim card is important.

S9 Dual Sim EU/UK model

Hi guys
Interested in getting the S9 (currently own Mate 10 Pro) But have a few questions I wonder if anyone has the answer to.
First off, will the Dual sim model be dual sim 4G like my Mate 10 Pro is, and will it be able to show network state of both sims simultaneously, like shown in the attached screenshot.

Secondly, I had a s8 single sim and it was possible to lock it in 4G only mode via a switcher app, will this be possible with the s9 and if so possible for both sims with the dual sim variant.
Very excited about this phone, the first Android phone with 4k 60fps capabilities, and the first with variable camera aperture.
Cheers for any responses!
I have the S9+ dual SIM and it does run both SIMS in 4G mode. However, I've got the Snapdragon variant , not the international Exynos variant - not sure if that makes a difference.
I used to have the S8+ (Exynos version) and that could only do one SIM in 4G, the other in 3G. You can't use both data connections at the same time anyway so not really sure it offers much benefit, but I do remember reading that 4G is less power hungry than 3G so perhaps helps battery life.
Glad I went for the SD845 version as I hear the are battery drain problems with the Exynos version. The only downside seems to be Bixby vision being set to China for shopping, not a big deal for me as it's rubbish anyway
Latest S9 firmware (CSC ROM) does this , see screenshots at :https://forum.softpedia.com/topic/1...tehnologia-volte/page__st__7632#entry22979249 . Besides, it suports dual VoLTE/VoWiFi now.

Question does the Samsung Galaxy S22 SM-S901E/DS support esim?

Hey, I'm looking into buying a new phone.
I stumbled across this phone (Samsung Galaxy S22 SM-S901E/DS) selling in Israel for a good price, wondering what ds means i searched online to find it stands for dual sim.
My question is, does this device support esim like the single sim variant, or the second sim slot comes instead of having the esim functionality.
I can't find a clear answer for it online.
Thank you very much!
I dont know but i can tell you i have both Dual Sim and eSIM functionality in my model.

I think that the right thing to do would be for me to find someone with the same variant to buy to make sure.
Considering another DS varaiant has esim it is probably okay, but i'll try to find someone and update
