[ROM][OFFICIAL] StagOS-9.0 [PIE-9.x][X00T/X00TD][2019-09-09] - Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 ROMs, Kernels, Recoveries

1) You need have a custom recovery installed (TWRP recommended)
*For this please check in the device specific forums
2) Download the latest StagOS Build and Open gapps package from the link provided official ones remove some default apps.
3) Boot into recovery
4) Go to Wipe and wipe system,data,dalvik & cache as a precaution
5) Flash StagOS zip & Gapps package(Optional)
6) Flash Magisk Root(Optional)
Whatever Features you find in first build there's no guarantee that they will carry on to the subsequent builds.
As 69+ features help only to boast, and this ROM over here is not only meant for that. We want you to boast but not by the features, We want you to fall in love with the touch. So here I'll be adding up the features that i intend on adding/removing. we are starting of with many features just to find out what you like/what you don't.

After installation & reloading to system it shows that my 64GB sd card is corrupted, but other roms which I installed later shows no such error.
Btw rom is excellent.

Download isn't working. I found your site but the lastest ROM version says 10.0.0.5, is it based on pie or android 10?

Working fine here. Already deleted apps using my file explorer with root permissions.

Change the device fingerprint to Mi 8 (Android 9) using MagiskHide Props Config. I fixed it by that.

ROM review:
The ROM is very smooth and experience of scrolling through the rom is great. It feels like a bit different rom than our regular aosp roms out there.
All things are working as expected no bugs found as of now. It could be a daily driver.
Make sure of one thing if you're installing that to download stagos gapps from the link from op. K tried installing gapps but it threw a warning so i downloaded stagos gapps just to make sure.

Room is smooth... But I'm having random soft reboots now and then... Also extra right key button is not perfectly placed (sharing screenshot)
No option to record calls...

2) Download the latest StagOS Build and Open gapps package from the link provided official ones remove some default apps.
3) Boot into recovery
4) Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
5)Flash fw
6) Flash StagOS zip & Gapps package(Optional)
7) Flash Magisk Root(Optional)
Whatever Features you find in first build there's no guarantee that they will carry on to the subsequent builds.
As 69+ features help only to boast, and this ROM over here is not only meant for that. We want you to boast but not by the features, We want you to fall in love with the touch. So here I'll be adding up the features that i intend on adding/removing. we are starting of with many features just to find out what you like/what you don't.

Wow, special ROM only for Mix 2?

No internet connection with hotspot, bug?

Gave this a try, seems to be pretty good. Wasn't expecting to see a lot of the features (notification ticker!) and it seems to be smooth enough.
Battery drain overnight w/ only BT was 3-4% which is good too.
Only issues I've noticed is the status bar clock isn't hidden on lock screen causing a collision (but hardly an issue) and the smart charging doesn't seem to cut off charging at the percentage I gave it.
For a first release, it's pretty damn good. Keep it up ?

Hey another day another rom, that's what you might be thinking. but we at stag (I'll try not to use big words, because the idea is to be simple) aim at something towards elegance. Great Rom. I've installed it and everything looks goog. Good Job.
One thing i noticed was that the Google Assistant can't be activated by voice. On the options for "voice match" it says "This feature is currently unavailable for this language" and the switch is greyed out. Also, with this rom, I can't find Netflix on the Play Store.

Is it a treble rom ??? Because in the requirements section you tell that treble twrp needed but in the instructions section no mention of treble twrp. Why??

Really smooth rom, fit for daily usage.
In stag pristine, have a bug, can't create new APN. And need more configuration, like hide navbar, dt2w on lockscreen not working.
In stag gapps, heve a bug, no android sound picker.
Thanks for the rom.

There is just one problem for me. Bluetooth functionality not working properly and I am not able to pair my Bluetooth headset.
Otherwise great ROM bro pretty smooth and stable. I want to thanks all the developer of this ROM.
