No complaints. The top speaker is loud and clear, the loudspeaker at the bottom is loud. Though if the microphone is on the bottom, right next to the bottom loud speaker, I do wish they made a software update where the loudspeaker is the top ear piece, so that noise cancellation has to kick in less often

Satisfactory call quality

After update, I feel the sound quality become lower and, when I put louder speaker or change between phone speaker and loud speaker, or even, bluetooth, then I can´t talk anymore. I hear the calling, but I can´t speak anymore, only If I recall. Anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks for attention!!!

Call quality is very high.
Call quality is a definite reason to get this phone. Coming from a Nexus4, calls are clearer and more intelligible on both ends.
I have found call quality to be great. Great volume and clarity for me and the person on the other end.

It's always clear and concise! The only mild complaint I have is that this phone seems to have noise cancellation... For the person on the other end? If the other person is not talking the call goes so quiet (no background noise) that I can't tell if it hung up. And this has happened with everybody I've called. It's very bizarre but I kind of like it.

The call is great, so far I have had no problems on any calls I use a lot every day, the quality of the call is good, if the connection is bad, it is the problems of one of my operators that vary a lot in the region I walk
Call quality is good enough.
My experience
the quality of calls depends on the rom, being in stock 6 very bad and in stock 7 very good

On a noisy environment i am not able to hear clearly other person voice. Also the volume is a bit low
So far on a handful of calls I can hear them very clearly. No distortion. On their end I'm very clear. On some it sounded like a tin echo here and there, but not every connection is perfect. Overall the call quality is great. Volume seems good also. I haven't had a call where the surrounding area was very loud, but I have talked next to a loud TV, and even with that both sides were loud and clear. I never found myself straining my ear to hear. The noise canceling mic does it's job well.

If you're having call issues, in wifi, switch to wifi calling. It's incredible.
Call quality was great so far, the top speaker is very loud by default and I had to tone it down, the other party confirmed call isolation works much better than my previous Sony XZ, I haven't used wifi calling yet since I have a UK unlocked model, that would help it too.
