This is mostly copied and pasted from my Moto X thread, and I thought you guys would enjoy these too.

If you have a perfectly looping .gif that you think would make a great bootanimation feel free to message me a link and I will probably make it into one.
I'll try to make sure that all the bootanimations here are flashable, just to make the process easier.
Please note that all of these were made for Android 4.4.4, and I can't guarantee that the flashable .zip will work for any other android version.
Just to be on the safe side please make a backup of your current bootanimation first, either manually or by using ZIPme to make a flashable .zip of it.
Due to the Lollipop memory bug, there is a high chance that your device will bootloop if you use a bootanimation that is longer than 40-50 frames on ANY 5.0 or 5.1 ROM. Possible solution can be found HERE

Flashable zip works on lollipop custom ROMs. Tested on team UBs builds.
BTW, awesome animations!!! I just love them! Especially the space launch and squid. Keep it up!

Hey, would this work on the nexus 5? despite lower res? could you make them N5 compatible? If that's too much too ask, I would completely understand.
