I have developed an app for the note 10 cut out wallpapers. The wallpapers in the wallpix app are created by me and my friend. All the wallpapers that are available are unique.
We allow users to set all the wallpapers for free.
Now we have also included the live wallpapers. But the live wallpapers are for pro users.

Note 10 users should turn off the motion for the cutout wallpapers to work.
Here are the steps to turn off the motion on one UI
When you press and hold the screen and select wallpaper from the gallery not from the app, there is a choice to activate motion is already active click on it to disable and then go to WallPix app and select the wallpaper you want, hope I was clear.

Please note that you can set all the wallpapers for free, But to download the wallpapers you need the pro version of the app.

Hope I had been able to help you by a Bit in accumulating these to reply to all my Theme Lovers who had been asking the same question, of HOW to get the Galaxy SIII Home Look ?
I have attained the 100% similar looks with my phone, and now working on the default SAMSUNG lockscreen with tweaks to get the WATER TOUCH effect rather than just the swipe mode as existent with SAMSUNG.
As soon as its complete, I will release that version here.

I've had bad experience with Mi pad 4 as it did not support live wallpaper.
Yes it is work ok
Partially ,you can have them on homepage but not on lockscreen
Only Mi phones support live wallpaper on the lock screen and the pad doesn't? They should give an update on this!
With third party apps it works.
U can use mp4 file to be ur live wallpaper with Xiaomi Pad 5. No need 3rd party apps.
Work both lockscreen and homescreen.
Use google wallpapers app from playstore
if it doesn't apply to your lockscreen, try setting a video from gallery as wallpaper first, then set live wallpaper

I use google wallpaper but seems weird at my side. Using Miui 13.0.2 Global Stable. So I just use mp4 file to set into lIve Wallpaper
