[BOOT] Remove Boot Warning - Tested on Exynos - After Root - Link to the Thread - Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Themes, Apps, and Mods

Hello everyone ...
I hope you all are fine...
I have created a guide for removing the annoying warning after rooting,
So in order not to have 2 threads open, I will be working on the main original thread,
[BOOT] Remove Boot Warning - Tested on Exynos - After Root
Attachments are gifs for Samsung Galaxy Note 10, Note 10 5G, Note 10+ and Note 10+ 5G (SM-N970, SM-N971, SM-N975 & SM-N976)...
If you have any comments, please use the other thread and not this one...
Happy Modifications

Nice work. Samsung is going above and beyond to limit features on new flagships and make rooting as difficult as possible. Boo Samsung

[Q] samsung galaxy tab 3 7.0 kernels

Im not really familiar with androids and I have a galaxy tab 3 7.0 . Are there any good kernels that I can download on it to use stweaks?
Thanks to developers and links
I may answer that question and take advantage from you post (since I can't reply on the development forum) by thanking @ketut.kumajaya and @gr8nole for their work on the blackhawk kernel*and TWRP recovery that allowed me to turn my tab 3 from a buggy piece of hardware to a properly working tablet.

Adding note 3 apps in stock ROM 4.3

hi ,
I was trying to include few note 3 apps which are ram friendly to my note 2 running on stock 4.3 ROM ( rooted).
i have action memo installed in my note 2 and i want it to open (double tapping spen) instead of snote mini can anybody point out which file to modify ?
PS: I dont want to use custom rom as they are ram eaters and just come back from it. However looking to include few useful features like
new SNOTE- DONE
GROUP PLAY with video sharing - done
one handed operation for all windows - remaining.

Try installing Ditto Note 3 ROM by Electron Team (Custom ROM though).. But its worth it! Quite RAM friendly for me. Go try it, every Note3 apps are ported.
As far as I can see there are two projects porting most Note 3 features to Note 2:

How can I install Magisk on Galaxy A50?

Mine is SM-A505F/DS (Indonesia)
I have read guides (on magisk site and stuffs) but never one that specifically mentions A50.
I plan to go with rooted stock so custom recoveries (twrp etc) are nice to have but not a must.
This has been asked so many times that you can get the link by searching. John Wu's method works on any Samsung 2019 device released with Pie.

Thank you so much. Do you have any problem with the rooted device? This will be my first Exynos device since galaxy note 3 so I'm a bit concerned.

It can be periodically unstable resulting in reboots and WiFi disconnections. However, the frequency of these issues has reduced considerably with recent Magisk/firmware updates.
My question is kinda related to this one, so I hope you don't mind me "borrowing" your post.
If I flash Magisk with the instructions provided will the stock ROM still work 100%?
Sorry for being so stupid, but I just can't figure out what I need to download to flash Magisk and where I can find the files. Getting kinda frustrated, would appreciate any help!

[BOOT] Remove Boot Warning - Tested on Exynos - After Root - 21st October 2019

Hello everyone ...
I hope you all are fine...
For those who are looking for a way to remove the warning for device other than Note 10 versions, please go to the link:

So after following the Rooting guide (Bless @dr.ketan , @geiti94 & @ianmacd)
I followed mainly this thread for the ROOT:
[Guide] How to root Note10/Note 10+ & Flash TWRP (Exynos only)
Sub-threads that are useful:
[RECOVERY][UNOFFICIAL] TWRP for Galaxy Note 10 (Exynos)
[Pie] [System-as-root] Multidisabler: encryption, Vaultkeeper, proca, auto-restore
After getting the root,
The boot-up screen wasn't like we were used to,
There are many warnings which kind of screams ROOTED device aside from not being beautiful...
I have decided to grab the images and replace them with the original logo of my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus & Non Plus...
Instructions are very simple and easy to follow:
Exynos is working, (Snapdragon owners: This does not work for you, please wait until I figure it out)
Download the file "XXXXX_YYYYY_FIX_BL.tar" in the attachments...
YYYYY = choose your device 10 or 10 PLUS because dimensions are different, normal or 5G because of different logos...
XXXXX = STOCK or CENTER, look at the attached Gifs to understand the difference...
Switch off your phone and then go into the download mode (vol up + vol down and connect USB)...
Start Odin (if you don't have Odin, grab it from this thread)...
Place the file "XXXXX_YYYYY_FIX_BL.tar" in the BL section...
OPTIONAL: make sure auto-reboot is off in Odin (personally I prefer to reboot the phone myself)...
Once the flashing is complete, disconnect and exit the download mode...
Enjoy looking at your phone
I attached different gifs in the second post #2 showing before BL flashing and after the flashing, tested on Exynos SM-N970, SM-N971, SM-N975 & SM-N976...
Again, make sure you flash the right fix, "XXXXX_YYYYY_FIX_BL.tar"
YYYYY = choose your device 10 or 10 PLUS because dimensions are different, normal or 5G because of different logos...
XXXXX = STOCK or CENTER, look at the attached Gifs to understand the difference...
Again, I thank @dr.ketan , @geiti94 & @ianmacd for their time to make root possible...
Don't Forget to Smash the THANKS Button
and
if you're very happy, support or buy me a cup of coffee through a donation, that would be nice
Happy Modification ...

Snapdragon owners, it has been confirmed, all exynos models won't work for you, thus I have to make snapdragon version, if you have the patience and time, please volunteer to solve this, all volunteers will be credited in the thread, thank you in advance...
Exynos owners, If you have a different boot-up logo other than the what I have shared,
share your Firmware BL mentioning your device model...
(it's 3 MB file, I won't download 5.3GB ROM that would be useless for me, You can download it since it will benefit your phone if you need to flash stock and so, it's a win-win situation )
This is a zero-risk method and no need to backup as your device will boot-up normally
as you're flashing images, not software or any part of the system
(BUT DO BACKUP, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT MIGHT GO WRONG)

Is it really a good idea to remove the "powered by android"and have Samsung name upper offset...

move the samsung logo down so it's perfectly centered or get rid of all and just make it a black screen the amount of time this shows would be so small you wouldn't notice

Well I'll try to center it as for black, it won't be small, after rooting, there will be approximately 5 to 8 seconds time margin...
As the phone tends to show you the bootloader warning and wants you to hit the power button to continue (have a second look at the gif I attached, you'll see the order of boot is unlike what we used to have as in older rooted phones) so when you try to boot, you'll be wondering if it booted up or not, hit recovery or not...
So I'll try to have it centered...

The device model is much better for me to know what device since I can google it,
did you say "US Tab S5E"...?
From my understanding, you are requesting for a different device, other than Note 10...
If so, give me some time, I'll create a DIY thread for that just like my SoundMod DIY...
Bare with the warning, as soon as I'm done, I'll either @ you or I'll reply to you...

Maybe in the future someone can enhance that part, my role here is removing the ugly warning, you will understand if you have root as it seems you still didn't obtain it ...

my mate 10 pro is rooted i thought the long boottime was specific to huawei not all phones
Anychance there is a 10+ 5G Boot screen available?

Need to buy a new phone, will an S9 meet my developer needs?

Hi XDA-Developer members!
I am hoping someone can assist me in choosing a new phone. I have been using several Samsung S4s on AT&T for over 7 years with no problems.
I am a developer, so I rooted the S4 and installed many helpful apps like Xposed, Titanium backup, etc.
One VERY helpful (and a MUST have ability) was using flashfire which allowed me to do image backups. This allowed me to backup my current daily on a monthly basis and if it failed, I could be up and running on a spare S4 simply by doing a restore.
Well, AT&T just informed me they will not activate any new S4's and my current S4 will stop working in 2022 because it doesn't support VoLTE.
So, I am in the market for a new phone. But all the new phones have huge displays which doesn't work well for my preferred storage location of my front pocket.
However, I did find that the Samsung S9 is close enough to what the S4 provided:
Smaller then 6" screen
External Memory Slot
OLED display
3.5mm Headphone jack
So the last hurdle for the S9 to pass for me to use it is that I need to be able to root the S9 so I can run/install apps like these:
Magisk
Xposed (EdXposed)
Titanium Backup
TWRP or Flashfire
Hotspot (this is a MUST)
I have used ODIN to do simple flash updates to my S4 and other samsung devices, but I have little experience flashing a new kernel/bootloader. But I am willing to follow directions to do these.
I have no preference to any particular Android version, I would be fine to use Oreo, Pie or Q (remember I am currently still using Lollipop on my S4!!!)
I do prefer to use stock samsung roms instead of custom roms like Lineage
So I have some questions:
Should I get the AT&T model of the S9 (960U) or a G9600 or a G9500?
If you recommend the G9600, does it support all the AT&T bands? (I just want to get a good signal anywhere in the u.s.)
What thread should I use to root/Magisk the S9?
What thread should I used to install TWRP or flashfire so I can do image backups/restores?
What "gotchas" will I run into? (like fingerprint not working, camera not working, etc)
Any help to find a new replacement for my trusty old S4 would be greatly appreciated, and I would be happy to return the favor of buying you a few drinks of your choice!
