Encryption problem. Try flashing via fastboot method.

When someone wanna try MIUI Roms, I would always prefer using Orangefox for that with activated MIUI OTA, to prevent the MIUI Rom from killing your Recovery and I always would flash Magisk before that, since it prevents force encryption.

You seem to be well-versed on recoveries. Do you consider orangefox as being the best and the most suited in every case?

Download the fastboot rom. Flash using mi flash tool. If it stuck most probably u'll need edl mode, for that u will to go to service centre. Happy flashing...

Yes Orangefox is recommended and there immediately enable MIUI OTA, so when you flash offical MIUI Roms your phones recovery will not be overwritten. And to disable MIUI's force encryption you must flash Magisk before first boot since it disables it then.

Can you give a try to nodded twrp and one more thing mount system before flashing any ROM.
Note: after decrypting if you want too boot into OOS you need to Flash SuperSU or otherwise the OOS will force encryption and that may create problem.

okay now after few trial and error method i have come to the conclusion that this happens only after unencrypting the device. after eunencrypting it wont boot any other roms except those which have been already backed up.
So,
can i flash roms on encrypted device? I mean i test a lot of roms and i change frequently.
I guess no, right?
Yes try with encryption as the ROMs doesn't require decrypting the device. Decrypted device is only required if you want to use multirom.
Good Luck.

This is working for me right now but still haven't found solution why it wouldn't work on unencrypted storage.

so, anyone able to install twrp over miui 10 global stayble rom?

After flashing the latest global stable miui 10 ROM on mi max 3, I can't flash tarp without bootloop or stuck on mi logo. My device is Chinese version and before installing global stable miui 10, I flashed twrp successfully. Now I can't even flash eu ROM, it just sticks on mi logo. I tried with magisk, but unlucky. Anyone have the same experience? At last my decision is, this version of miui is the culprit, though I m not sure!
Can you give a bit more information?
What steps did you take and in which order?

Every possible order.
1st, flashed twrp/s
2. Formatted data, because it asked for password to decrypt
3. Mount every possible partition
4. Wipe all without 'system'
5. Flash eu ROM
6. And it stucks on boot.
And only possible sollution after this stuck for me is, to flash again a fastboot ROM. No recovery ROM at this stage gains a successful boot.
Note: I have to flash several times my phone fastboot ROM to recover phone and try again again. No success. Every time I try it starts from decrypt data option and stuck on boot. Even I tried with flashing magisk also, after flashing eu ROM. But no luck.
At a point I found 'reset phone' option and gboard has stopped bug, but whenever I try to reset, it goes to twrp.
Because global stable and TWRP don't work together. Have you seen anyone root global stable? I haven't. This is why global is not as versatile compared to xiaomi.eu roms.

Did you try twrp app? Just as a test. Also try magisk app to install magisk to see if it helps. When we were testing Resurrected kernel, magisk was needed to get past boot screen. None if this is proven to work, but just trying to see if it helps.

Yes, tried official twrp. Even tried official twrp with magisk. In both case it stuck with booting screen/mi logo. No luck.
Edit: my all tries are: twrp+reboot / twrp+eu rom+magisk+reboot / twrp+lagzyflasher+reboot..
All the combinations resulted in a bootloop/ stuck in mi logo. In every time the only work around to past the boot screen is to flash again a fastboot rom. Only that time it successfully boots.

When you flash TWRP, you can boot to twrp or no? If you can, then it's when you flash an eu rom where you get stuck? Are you factory resetting before flashing eu rom?

Yes, i can boot to twrp. And always reset to factory/wipe everything before and after flashing eu rom. As i edited my comment above, with just twrp+magisk+reset+reboot / twrp+reset+eurom+magisk+reset+boot every times it gets stuck on reboot after flash.

Twrp - factory reset - eu rom - reboot. That's it.

Wiping cache and dalvik cache are not the same as reset. They shouldn't cause any problems. Regardless, try without wiping them.

Try this
1- TWRP flashing method:
Boot Twrp or Redwolf using “fastboot boot XYZ.img”
Copy img to device then flash Image file of XYZ.img again from recovery.
Flash Lazyflasher Or Magisk
Or you can just flash any AOSP/LOS based ROM

It will be booted automatically.. there are many kernel available but u can choose one kernel to flash at once if you want to use another kernel you have to flash the rom again flashing kernel is as like flashing zips.
Do not flash 2 kernel in one rom. You will be held in bootloop

Try with a pc.
rename the twrp to twrp.img.
Most often is "possibly:
Unroot.
install Platform tools, put the twrp in the folder.
Run the command from platform tools.
The one you are trying to install is the last one.

For summary only version twrp-3.7.0_12-0-alioth-TeamWin.img worked?
Try to start from scratch:
Use Miflash without locking the bootloader.
Yes only the latest version booted but with a lot less features compared to the skkk twrp i used a while ago
I am afraid using miflash to flash eu rom on my phone would hard brick it

You cannot flash a Xiaomi Eu rom with Miflash, only stock roms, EEA, Global etc..

First install:
Use the first install.bat file included in the extracted zip folder, in Fastboot mode.
With Twrp/wipe format data type yes/reboot twrp(if errors red lignes, repeat the operation by restarting on the Twrp each time).
You need to update with OTA not directly with TWRP.
You may be using an older version of TWRP.
These roms are Hybrid you can use the update.bat file included in the extracted zip folder, in Fastboot mode.

Disable force encrypt, to remove the encryption on partition
D.F.E is not necessary if you:
Format the data
To update
If you use a TWRP which decrypts the data.
No lock screen security.
